  1. Guys, help me here: This is last xFactor UK show so far, isn't the pianist the very Luke Juby himself?!?!? Btw, what an amazing performance!
  2. I thought there was a recorded version of it... anyways, thank you!
  3. Does anybody know where I can find a youtub link where Mika introduce GK, with a "knock knock" sound of voice? I was convinced the original version has it, but it doesn't. Thanks

  5. Hey! How are you?

I'm now in "wolfs"'s staff, which is like "ladybirds". It is completely a new experience as it's my first time I'm part of the staff and not in my usual scout grupo, as I move to Florence where I'm studying. I really enjoy it! Probabibly I'm going to Madrid this summer, for the World Youth Day with my scout group.

    Bye Jo, :bye:

    take care

  6. How nice!! Has this been reported in any Italian mags too, fellow Italians?
  7. Is anyone going to Roma or Milan the 2nd and the 3rd of November? I just wanna hear an opinion...
  8. Matt, come sempre, grazie mille! And thank you all for your great pics and vids. It was lovely meeting you all (flower team and all the others!).
  9. The gig itself was SPECTACULAR in the very sense of the term. Everything for me was a big surprise as I didn't watched any video of any gigs before this one. The scenography is a continuos changing of elements and settings, all helded by Mika's performance as a singer and as an actor! It really was like partecipating in an opera and it became evident when the amazing Ida left everyone of us speachless and stunned in amazement listening to her assolo The whole band is like A multy-tasking bionic-person ! I mean they are SO connected with one-another and, above all, with the very Mr.M that you can't but just have the sense of the perfect unity seeing them perfoming! I think Mika did Any Other World for us, 'cause he rememberd the great feedback he got last time in Bologna, so it was kinda a proof of it: you could clearly see it on his truly happy-excited smile on his face. I also think that Ida's presence empowered Mika's voice prestation: he was very sonorous and not so much in falsetto but in throat and in head (dunno if you say it in English, anyway they are specific singing terms). Oh, and I would suggest you the seated position for this kind of huge show, so you can have a complete view of the entire stage/scenography and enjoy the totality of the show. You're Italian IS perfect! Oh, and I really enjoyed meeting you all again, MFCers!
  10. Hey!! I'm glad to hear from you! Hope you're all right :) I'm fine btw, thanks. Hope to 'see' ya around here more often. Take care, Yuls.

    Ciao!!

  11. Allegra! Tanti tanti auguri di buon Natale!

    Un bacio :)

  12. Mika's manure meeting with Queen Mika met the Queen when he was a young boy Tuesday, 08 December 2009, 11:16 GMT Mika has revealed that he had already met the Queen before going on stage at the Royal Variety Performance - but at the time he was smelling of horse manure. The Grace Kelly singer recalled how he broke into a polo event as a seven-year-old and managed to queue up to meet her, even though he and his friend had been playing in what they thought was a sand pit. "Prince Charles was playing a polo match, it was a private event, we managed to join the line and she almost managed to shake our hands and then took one look at us, probably smelt us, and turned around," he laughed. More News "My friend lived next to the polo ground and we broke in, and we ended up playing in what we thought was a sand pit - it actually ended up being a big manure pit." But Mika said he wouldn't be mentioning their last encounter to the Queen when they met at the show in Blackpool on Monday night. He said before the event: "We've been told to keep it very short, and not to speak until we're spoken to - so I don't think I'll be bringing up the horse manure story." The star added he was also looking forward to meeting Whoopi Goldberg, who he described as "my Oprah". "I know most people who are performing apart from Chaka Khan and Whoopi Goldberg," he explained. "Whoopi Goldberg's my Oprah - I think she's absolutely amazing. "I think she's going to take over Oprah's throne. She's brilliant - I've loved her since I was a little kid." From: http://entertainment.aol.co.uk/entertainment-news/mikas-manure-meeting-with-queen/article/20091208051844433756824 There's a pic too.

  16. avoca! Thank you, it's always a pleasure to meet you too :flowers2:

I'm not such a talker....but the topic is always in the air: Mika's vibe all around!

See you in April for sure! :)

    ciao!!

  17. Yes, at Gau. Here's a vid (I don't know whose it is): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLKmGZKzhzg .....you must be faithfull and believe that the singer is Mika's sister
