  1. hmm..let me try one. M - Misterious I - Incredible K- kinky (lol, i couldn't think of anything else) A- Adorable
  2. ohh i wish i could've been there. It looks delicious (the candy on the floor and Mika himself) But the post made me laugh...pinch his cheeks
  3. lol. don't worry about it I'd probably be a little shy at first, but then it'd probably be okay!
  4. Aww, what a great thread! I have so much to thank Mika for. He's brought so much joy into my life. I really love him. He's helped me a lot
  5. I gotta say: Amen to that!! I live in the smallest, most boring f-ing town in the entire world!! There is NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING to do and there's nothing here. Not a cinema, theater, a coffie house or anything! I've lived here for 6 years and i hardly know anybody here because i don't fit in with this damn weird society they have going on here. It's like another planet or something!! You just have to be something you're not to be a part of "the town". And i dislike my country too! Everybody is so shallow, stubborn, serious and in a hurry to grow up! If you're over 12 and admire someone like i (and we) admire Mika you just get nasty comments about not having a life and being obsessed! I wanna move to the UK, or just somewhere you can actually have your own opinions in someone, allow yourself to have a moment of sillyness and dare to be different from the mainstream. Oh, and i HATE my job so much!! my boss let almost everybody but me take they're vacation on the same time and i have a nasty flu but still have to go work cause there is no-one to fill in for me!!! How happy i'll be when i quit in 3 weeks from now. >< And what is up with everybody around me having to pressure me into making decisions that they feel happy about!? Gosh, it's so annoying! I'm going crazy!!! It sometimes feels as if people are trying to live my life for me!! Wooosh! I think that's it. I feel a lot better now. Thanks for starting this.
  6. You mean on the charts or the single? It used to be #1 in the charts but it's not there anymore. As for the single, those aren't sold here in Iceland (sadly) but the last time i checked his album was #4 or 5 best selling album here.
  7. Aww, his hair is being curled on the first one! The second one freaks me out a little. Funny though. Funny.
  8. Relax is his most popular one in Iceland. I think at least.
  9. Lol!! That's something i'd like to hear! I have a very weird laugh too. It can't be described, it's just some kinda sounds that come out of my mouth.
  10. Aww, i wish i could go and buy it, but singles aren't sold in Iceland. I'll get it in August, though! Can't wait!!!
  11. Romis! That's really pervy! No i'm just kidding, we're all little perverts on the inside, aren't we? lol As we say quite often in Iceland "nobody is worse for being a pervert" (it sounds a lot better in Icelandic though, it rhymes and everything!!) But i haven't noticed any of this. Maybe because i'm too good at least i know what i'm gonna be checking out on youtube tonight.
  12. lol! No, i always knew it was Mee-kah. Although, he was introduced as My-Kah on and icelandic radioshow couple of weeks ago. I almost called in there to tell them to f-ing pronounce his name right
  13. WOW! That's really amazing!! Congrats!
  14. Yeah, that's what i was having trouble finding the right words for. That's why i put it like "weird". Ofcourse you don't have to be weird to like his music (i like to say that i'm perfectly normal too) but i feel like the people here take everything so seriously and are in such a hurry to grow up that they would just find it stupid and childish to come dressed up and all that. Which is such a shame! And his shows are meant to be dressed up people on stage, and ofcourse some in the audience too and i don't know how people here would take it (and when i say "people here" i do not include myself since i'd definitely come dressed up and be a part of the whole thing). Do you get what i mean? It's just so amazing seeing people all over the place coming dressed up and allowing themselves to have a moment of "sillyness". I just don't see it happening here. Which sucks. I don't know about anybody, ANYBODY here who allows themselves to admit how much they admire someone who's in the spotlight over the age of 12! You just get a nasty criticism for being "Obsessed" and "have no life". And that's what's so amazing about the MFC. People here are all age! And everywhere else in world you can just admire someone openly without getting negative comments about it. Oh dear god how much i hope right now that i'm the only Icelandic person on the boards or i could be making someone mad! lol, but it's just the truth. Most Icelandic people (but ofcourse not all) are too shallow!!
  15. I love this thread. Thanks so much for starting it! It's so great having a thread where you can just speak your mind, whatever it is. Oh i have to tell, i bought a magazine today and to my pleasure there was a Mika poster in it! And it's my first one, cause they're so rare in Iceland. It sucks being so far away from everything Mika-ish that is happening in the world. But anyway, i hung it right across my bed. I'm very happy about it. Oh and i heard this radio show today where the people in charge of the show sing the song you request themselves and somebody requested Grace Kelly and it sounded sooo aweful but it was so funny to hear it! So it was a very Mikalicious day. Anyway, Eir! Enjoy your holiday! I envy you so much right now! I'd do anything to not have to work tomorrow!
  16. Again, lol!! I do that too all the time. quote song titles when it fits. i love it! Believe me, i don't think you'd wanna live here. Sure, Mika gets played ALOT on the radio and his videos are on the Icelandic music channels all the time. And LICM is selling pretty well here (i think). But if he'd come and do a show in Iceland probably nobody (except myself) would have the courage to come dressed up or something like that. Iceland likes his music but most Icelandic people aren't "weird" enough to handle him or what his shows are really meant to be like. I've gotten a lot of criticism here for loving him so much. So although i'd love for him to come to Iceland i deep down inside hope he wont, cause he might get a little disappointed. I would definitely show up all dressed up and i also say that i was born in the wrong country. I'm an outsider. lol! plus it's so cold here all the time! Although, Iceland is a great place to visit. But the UK is a place i'm gonna move to someday. I'm in love with London!
  17. Can you add me, please? I talk way too much sometimes it's really a problem!
  18. Heyy there Sofi! Welcome! I hope you have lots and lots of fun here!
  19. looool!! :roftl: It made me laugh! The most popular radio station in Iceland plays Mika pretty much so i don't have to harrass them all the much. Big Girl just made it to the charts here and is on it's way up! YAY!!
  20. Nahhh, he's looking for me! lol I'm loving these responses here. I guess it wouldn't surprise me that much if he was already taken, but then he's pretty good at hiding it. I still secretly hope that he's single, and deep down inside i think we all do. But he's a GORGEOUS man so as i'm saying, it wouldn't come to me as a complete surprise if he was already in a relationship. But i would be a little surprise if he was married.
  21. That's great!! His music is all over! I was just sitting in my car earlier today and had the radio set on some icelandic radioshow and the guys in charge of it always let people call in and request any song they want but they perform it for them. And suddenly i heard them singing Grace Kelly! It sounded awful but it was so fun to hear it!
