    In the middle of power drama ballad after power drama ballad, I loved Israel's song! And I loved Switzerland as well, too bad they're not through It's always a bonus point for me when the singer writes their own song.

    I am starting to hope that it's true. Now that he's definitely doing X Factor Italy again, I would love it if he did the UK one as well. As said, it's great exposure for him as a person in the UK! Plus, I would be able to watch it I do follow The Voice and I like watching it (2 hours of Mika every week!), but I don't understand Italian..

    He's not only the writer of the song, he's also the singer of the original version. You're right that people don't care about who's the writer of the song, but with these kind of films they usually search for the original version. I think they will find him, especially when the comments on the Youtube video talk about Mika!

    Good Guys is a single in Italy now, so I think a music video would be fitting! Maybe he'll release the single internationally as well? Although I must admit, for the next international single I'd prefer Good Wife!

    Definitely! A good, international Mika single. It would make people remember him, and how extraordinary he is as a singer-songwriter.

    Great interview! The interviewer sounded very enthusiastic about the album ("Good Guys" - "That's my favourite song on the album!"), I loved that. I also loved that it was in English

    Not always, I remember having to wait one or two (or sometimes five) more days than other countries! But I'm not complaining now, this would be great

    In the second Acces Illimité episode you could hear a tiiiiny tiny bit of Good Wife, but I loved hearing the full version, even when the sound isn't perfect! Thank you all for the videos! I am curious for the lyrics too, but I already love the melody

    I have only heard the Australian entry beside the Dutch one, since it's on the radio here a lot! But I kind of like hearing them for the first time on the actual Eurovision nights. I'm extremely annoyed by our own entry though (fyi we weren't allowed to choose it either), I hear it everywhere and I just keep thinking: Why. Why-y-y-y.

    Indeed. Any artist that wants to be big right now is commercial. They do commercials and use product placement, I'm afraid that it's just the way that the music industry has changed over the years. It changes fast, this is indeed something that can come up in five years. In 2007, product placement wasn't big. Now, everyone does it. Yes, it's to get money, but it's also to get known. Those companies can now mention his music, his video, and distribute it to their audiences. At least it's not like Avril Lavigne, who started her video for Rock 'n Roll with: "Oh, my new Sony phone is ringing," while continuing to pull it out of a glass of water to demonstrate how water-proof that phone is. By the way, I don't understand how he suddenly lost his 'artistic integrity' either.

    Indeed, it's rather interesting to see how divided the opinions are! People either love the video for the colours and the fun, and happiness.. Or hate it because it's too simple, too much product-placement, too cheaply made. I'm definitely on the love-side, although I cringed at the car scene. But it makes me happy and, like I said before, since the song itself doesn't have deep lyrics, I wasn't expecting anything deep and meaningful in the video. I love how he's able to do things like Last Party video (which I love as well) and this. Both things are so him. But the dance moves still are ridiculous
