    Mika clearly knows that it's my birthday on Saturday and that's why he's releasing new singles now! 😁 

    There's been so much Mika news this week and probably more to come too! Maybe more on Saturday, when it's my birthday...

    Hello and welcome @galapagonch MFC can quickly become an online 'Home', I pretty much log on here everyday 😅 It doesn't matter when you discover Mika, all are welcome here where there's plenty more to find out too! Songs that mean a lot to me are Lollipop, Tiny Love and Beautiful Disaster. There's also this thread where you can discuss songs from each album!

    So we've got an Italian song AND a French song AND we know that the collaboration with Danna will be in Spanish.... Multilingual mini album on the way then? 🤔 Languages I'd like Mika to sing in: - Welsh - Japanese - Mandarin - Korean (I don't know much about the language so forgive me if there's different dialects 😌) - Klingon! Ok so maybe not the last one... 😂

    It doesn't surprise me that Mika is a Ghibli fan a lot of the films are very colourful and certainly spark your imagination. I'm huge fan too (I want to go to the Ghibli park in Japan so much!), hard to choose a favourite between Spirited Away or Princess Mononoke 😉 I'm so excited for the new songs too! If they're released on youtube at midnight I'll stay up to listen but will download them later. I wonder if any of this is also to do with his EP project he mentioned a while ago, especially since he also talked about doing videos!

    New profile pic that I actually changed a few days ago 😅

    This took me over an hour to do on my new graphics tablet (I finally got one!), I'm using Clip Studio Paint and at first didn't know how to use layers properly...

    Layers are for lasagne! 😁 

    Anyway I'm still practicing (and watching a lot of youtube videos) and will probably change this again later. 🌈 ❤💛💙💚💜

    I have a mobile pairing option too which mirrors everything I do on my mobile to my TV screen, this is my plan B because it uses up a LOT of battery so my mobile would have to be plugged in to charge throughout the whole concert and probably after 😅. Another problem with this though is that if I get a call or text during the gig then it would also show up on the TV. 😐

    I know youtube is mobile and computer friendly, but who else will be streaming this through their TV? I have one of those plug in smart USB sticks with a whole bunch of extra channels, it also has youtube which I haven't used on the TV before. I'm actually going to trial it at the weekend to make sure I can stream videos properly. Gotta use the biggest screen in the house to watch a Mika gig after all! 😁 Very tempted to also buy a big comfy bean bag!

    I got my ticket too! First Mika gig in 13 years! 😁 It's amazing that we all got front row tickets! But we still have to socially distance and not just by 2m, many of us will be keeping 1 or more countries apart! It's awesome though that no matter where we are in the world, an event like this really does bring us all together. I'm so excited for it. I'm intrigued to know what the setlist will be, I hope Mika starts with Ice Cream! And maybe he'll finish with Tiny Love/Stay High like he did with his past gigs!

    Someone on twitter mentioned they used apple pay, if that's something you use then it should work. Otherwise I'm not too sure about the card problem, I've seen a few people say they had email issues too. Could be that the website is very busy handling all of us Mika fans!

    Changing the theme at the bottom of the page from MFC to Default brings back the icons in the top right corner. 😊

    I found a way to solve the problem for now! If you're using the mobile version of the site go down to the bottom of the page and change the theme from the MFC one to Default only one. Straight away all the icons, including notifications and menu button, come back at the top right of the page! I don’t mind the default theme but hopefully the MFC one will also have adjustments made later. 😊

    On my mobile I have just switched to the desktop version and I can see the notification icon at the top and I'm able to log in and out this way, but it's much harder for me to read the text this way (poor eyesight doesn't help 🙁), and I realised as well that the mobile version doesn't have a menu button in the top right corner anymore, unless I'm looking in the wrong place 😅

    I'm having this problem too with the mobile version. The only way I could log in was to go to the Members Chat section and log in where it asks at the bottom. Other than that I really like the new look!

    Google is telling me that 9am BST is 8am GMT (UK time), is that right? I want to be 100% sure for when I get up in the morning on the 24th, because I'm planning on getting up super early and staring at my phone until the tickets go live! 😁 Also how does this work? I'm assuming it will be a code to use on YouTube on the day of the concert 🤔

    I'm so excited for this! Finally a Mika concert I can actually go to this year and it's only £10. Already been discussing this with my Mum for how we're going to organise the day. Lot's of snacks and all speakers will be plugged in! Think I might even dress up for the occasion. Of course this is an occasion that is bitter sweet. No one could have predicted what happened in Beirut, if those chemicals had never been stored in the warehouse then we wouldn't be experiencing this concert at all. We all want to see Mika perform live, but I hope people don't forget what this is for. I really hope that something like this brings out the kindness in everyone and they can support the people of Lebanon. I really don't think it would be fair either if someone records the concert on their computer to share for free later, this is a special charity event, where hopefully money raised will far exceed the goal amount, it is not a free for all!

    This has made me realise that I am 10 years, 11 days and 12 hours younger than Mika!

     

    Coincidence, I think not! 

     

    The universe clearly has a plan for us, one day we shall meet and become the bestest of best friends! 😁

    I originally only opened my Instagram account for dm's with friends that don't use twitter and of course to follow Mika! So my account looks like a dead account because I don't post, will it still be ok for me to enter competitions? Will there be anything posted about them here? I'm so annoyed I missed one a while ago for the jumper 🙁

       Can confirm that watching Mika videos with the volume turned up really loud to block out anything bad going on around you, 100% works and is absolute bliss. 👌

    I guess I have one thing in common with Mika, when he says he'll do something we all know it's 'mikasoon', if I say I'll do something I guess it's 'C.J-soon'! 😁 I don't know why this took me so long but here's a YouTube playlist of Mika's Pride songs.
