    After the Whitney Houston song (one of the last contestants, itā€™s in the last 10 minutes of the show I believe) the candidate pulls the microphone away and Mika goes full sassy English mode and says ā€œAnd he pulls the mic away!! You should DROP the f*cking microphone!!ā€

    Just a random thought, maybe this is a kickstart of many of these kind of projects to come? Isnā€™t that a dream of his, to be a creative director and be innovative? This will be a very first with such a huge collaboration from all over the world, what if heā€™s the Pionier in that regard? Or will it remain a one time thing and he will move on to other projects, because he wants to reinvent himself all the time and doing the same thing over and over is not how he innovates.

    Maybe it was meant to be live and intimate, then after he had reached out to many friends and everyone said yes, it got the gears rolling and they collaborated in to making it spectacular. What I imagine happened was that it got bigger than him, so he made it bigger and in many regards also better, because now itā€™s an entire well thought of show with perfect lighting and sound. As sad as it may be, 2020 has showed us that everything is being redefined. ā€œPersonalā€ is through a screen. We can tune in from all over the world, but how amazing that is, it will make it impersonal, it will always stay that way. So why not optimize it? I can understand, but wouldā€™ve loved for it to be an imperfect, intimate thing from his garden. Weā€™ll enjoy nonetheless šŸ˜Š

    Ich hab es von anderen Eltern auf dem Schulhof mitbekommen. Bei uns war richtig was los šŸ˜† wir waren im Krankenhaus (Paukenrƶrchen fĆ¼r meinen Sohn) und da muss die Sirene glaube ich richtig was kƶnnen šŸ˜Š @daeni28 tut mir leid zu hƶren, dass es deinem Sohn nicht so gut geht/ging. Ich wĆ¼nsche euch alles bestens!

    Happy heā€™s keeping busy and that we continue to see more of him! But also sad that it means there will probably no concerts in 2021 and we donā€™t get to see him live šŸ˜¢ but like @carafon said, itā€™s sad but unfortunately very realistic.

    The video made me understand the song more and now itā€™s growing on me šŸ˜Š Cleverly done, I like the symbolism of conflict, separation through a small window, the window becoming bigger and eventually there is no separation and they are reuniting in harmony. A metaphor for many aspects in our life, at least I could identify with it right away. I can understand why this song is important to Danna, because it is her interpretation of (a vital part of) maturing.

    Very much a fan of this style of illustration, with an unexpected sad story and accompanied by a happy tune: itā€™s Mika 2.0! Or Mika 2020? Donā€™t get me wrong, I am a fan of his sisterā€™s work, but I like how he is venturing different styles in both music and illustration/animation style. Maybe the current pandemic and personal circumstances forced him to do so, but Iā€™m not sad about it. Or maybe it was just a one time thing šŸ˜Š

    Hmm. The song is okay, I think it needs to grow on me. It doesnā€™t give me the feels like ā€œOver my shoulderā€ or ā€œI see youā€ does. With those songs you can feel his intent differently, this one is more calm. I like his lower register though, itā€™s warm and comforting. But... I love it when he uses his entire vocal ability, it would make it more Mika to me. But this is Dannaā€™s song, so I also understand itā€™s him being more of a guest to the song.

    Think Michele was quite nervous and Mika did a great job in taking the lead and guiding him. But I could definitely see Mika take off on his own šŸ¤£ The smile at the end was almost like ā€œoh whoah, that was it... can I go again!?! Let me go again!!ā€

    Mika just posted in his stories that he enjoyed being back on stage very much. I wonder what his thoughts are on the new normal and if he could see himself perform in a setting like that again? Does anyone know how many visitors were allowed in tonight?
