Mika Discography

Recommended Posts

I have a Big Girl single CD which was a promo for Ugly Betty, and it has that on the cover. Is that listed somewhere, or is it unofficial discography...?

I like all my promo CDs....BIOTG, Kick Ass, Rain... do they count?

I would say they count , maybe a different section for promos is needed,or TV/Film promos

Im kinda thinking ...

1 or 2 .. to type it all up

1 or 2 .. to define the catalogue

1 or 2 .. for graphics and stuff

Thats whats in my head (amongst other things):thumb_yello:

Is there already something I can do right now, or are you still sorting things out?

We need to start uploading the information on the front page I collected / combined with maybe what Jemma posted into "some" format.

We need to do this via PM as a team until we are all settled

Hey team .. this is not a bad way of doing it

See what you think :thumb_yello:

THAT is amazing. So thorough, totally searchable, pics and everything!! But they had a huge team doing it. One of the "impossible" records was a vinyl from angola:shocked:

OK so back to Mika...no releases in Angola yet that we know of:aah:

I originally started an Excel file for this, gave up after a few months...still have it....but I definitely think having pictures and markings from the actual CDs goes a long way to avoiding the fakes.

For example, if anyone has one of those rare Dodgy Holiday CDs from early 2007, I would like to know what markings are on it. There was a guy on ebay selling several of them for a while in 2008, he got de-listed from ebay, and I suspect that I, along with several other people, bought Dodgy Holiday CDs of questionable repute.

So if anyone has a REAL one, please share the markings on it or the packaging.

Thanks

What do you think about it? Is it a real one? ;)

The sticker on the back of the cover makes me think that one is a real promo.

Sometimes around the clear center of the CD there are some tiny letters or numbers printed. (or if it is fake it says something like CD-R:blink: which means someone likely just burnt their own copy...) BUT I am not an expert, I am only suggesting this based on my own experience.

Looks ok to me , the printed cd means its not fake

I think I have a fake of this .. and its just a normal burnt cd ... hard to tell or it may be an early Universal promo

Yours is ok,a fake would I doubt include all that printed artwork:thumb_yello:
