She never had a blueberry muffin before. So Hippieibbie & I thought we'd bake her muffins to cheer her up. However... somehow it changed to a blueberry muffin competition & Fran has to choose who is the best muffin chef. XD Good luck Fran! you DO know i LUV you right? hehehe (hey, it never hurts to butter up the judge, right???) Yesterday i went blueberry picking, so the timing was perfect! Since i have no gig to write a report about, i thought i'd practice and write a blueberry muffin making report instead. So here we go!!! Just so you know, MY muffins are made with LOVE as all muffin should be First things first, i headed to my favorite site for recipes http://www.canadianliving.com/ I set the temperature as requested Though the recipe didn't mention it, i thought i should wash my blueberries (this colander can also be used as a communication device aka CCD) A special thanks goes out to my hubby who voluntarily went to the store & got more milk, as i didn't have enough (those darn teenage boys!) Hubby you are the best! I did reward him with a few muffins by the way ;o) I then proceeded to following the recipe: And before I knew it, they were all ready to go in the oven! yeah!
