OK little more explanation for those of us not in UK and those of us who don't know much about Lady Gaga.

She is all over the place in Europe, too ...... I imagine Japan is much different.

Also just FYI it appears that she and Mika are both with Universal, and both Perez friends.

.. Rihanna is also with Universal and so is EMINEM...:naughty:

...as for the Perez friends and stuff... concerning musicians I am no longer sure if it is Perez who decides who he likes and supports or gets hints from his friend with good ears.

Despite the lack of rain or sunlight, one of GaGa's minder carried the open umbrella over her throughout the evening... although it was unclear what exactly she was being shielded from.

This mad me think of the protection some people get from a tin foil hat! :roftl:

Who knows?:naughty:

There's pictures of Mika with her.

Thanks for sharing the pics :huglove: !

Just to show you how much I appreciate the gesture I am going to make you laugh, which is good for your mind, good for your heart, every doctor will tell you that : a couple of weeks back one of Lady Gaga's interviews was published in a particularly yukky French gutter mag. In it she prided herself for her class and refinement. I am not making it up.

Talking about class and refinement... that ring  ? Noooo Sire  !

You really are very fond of your green wallet/purse, aren't you ?

Did you buy three of them, as you do with your clothes :wink2: ? If not, you must be very gentle with it, it looks brand new :thumb_yello: ...

Cheers,

Id3

So this coat belongs to the new 15 racks of clothing for the "new him" he was twitting about a week ago?

Nice coat!

But can someone please tell me if he's wearing a scarf or if it is only the shirt under the coat!:wink2:

You know what's funny to me as I read through this thread?

I realize that even though I'm nearly 50 I am NOT the biggest PRUDE on the forum! :roftl:

Seriously, I don't think her outfit is THAT out there -- but maybe that's

because I grew up during the times of Cher and her "bare to there" Bob Mackie outfits and Madonna in her Jean Paul Gaultier rocket bras, so it

takes more to shock me.

Like Madonna, and Cher before her, Lady Gaga likes the attention and

the controversy that dressing so unconventionally brings. I think she's

fearless, and I rather like it. Hey, Katy Perry always shows off her

cleavage and wears hot pants to accent her physical attributes, and

that's so much different than this? I don't think so.

Would *I* dress that way? Of course not,

but if I was a young rising pop star, yeah, maybe. The

thing that's more shocking is the photographer's seeming obsession

with photographing her posterior. Has he/she never seen a woman's bottom

before?

She's a popstar as he is, and they meet for pleasure and maybe work. and maybe promotion for both sides.

we should accept this, although we are not obliged to like her.

and above all, we don't need riots here about this.

:thumb_yello: I agree with all that, Robi!

I like Lady Gaga. Sorry, haters, but I think Just Dance is one of the coolest songs of 2008. A treadmill favourite of mine. :punk:

I SO agree. I saw Lady Gaga on the Logo Channel's

NewNowNext Awards months ago

and had to sit up and pay attention. Besides thinking Just Dance was

a great song, her entrance was so dramatic, so over the top -- I just

had to love her. I think it's purely commercial, purely pop, but if you

take it for what it is, it's great ear candy. :)

Agree with everything you said. It's not the first time to see a pop star dressed like that, not just female but male also - What about Bowie in that period of his, then Freddie Mercury too?

I was just about to mention Cher because I saw her video "If I Could Turn Back Time" yesterday

Well, you see what I mean. :naughty:

And not to mention Madonna, who is one of her biggest idols.

So - nothing new for me either.
