They finally replied to my email from yesterday and said that they were looking into this, so I'll let you know if they come back with anything different, but in the meantime you might want to drop them an email at orders@sandbag.uk.com and let them know your situation. dcdeb Posted June 17, 2009 Share Posted June 17, 2009 A note about the EP/Book -- we've discovered that a lot of people have received a copy in error, especially those who ordered the digital version may have gotten a copy of the actual EP/book (like I did!). If you did get one of those copies by mistake, it would be very nice of you to contact Sandbag and let them know. They may want you to return that copy, since the book is limited edition -- and they will reimburse you for the return postage. The email address to contact is: orders@sandbag.uk.com Thanks! Yes, whining is your option Seriously, Helen said that anyone with problems with their order should contact her at the email address I posted. She is doing her best to sort it out, although I don't think she's the one actually responsible for the order mistakes.
