I am sorry. :( I was surprised and wasn't expecting it, at all. If Sandbag wants me to return it, I will. If not I am willing to give it to someone here.

 

Don't worry, there's still hope I will get mine "soon" (-er or later) :wink2:

 

Maybe I will get my copy tomorrow (:aah:), who knows?! :mf_lustslow:

 

Mine is not in today's mail!

already credited my account for the return postage.

 

They finally replied to my email from yesterday and said that they were looking into

this, so I'll let you know if they come back with anything different, but in the meantime you

might want to drop them an email at orders@sandbag.uk.com and let them

know your situation.

A note about the EP/Book -- we've discovered that a lot of people have

received a copy in error, especially those who ordered the digital version

may have gotten a copy of the actual EP/book (like I did!).

 

If you did get one of those copies by mistake, it would be very nice of you

to contact Sandbag and let them know. They may want you to return

that copy, since the book is limited edition -- and they will reimburse

you for the return postage.

How about people like me? I ordered two book/EPs and got one. The e-mail they sent me says two have been shipped. How can I prove I only got one? :boxed:

quite hard isn't it :sneaky2: Only got one order number and one confirmation email, which seems to have been used up now on one EP less than ordered :sneaky2:

Or... they will simply just do the right thing and send us the EPs we ordered without any further trouble...is that really too much to hope for? :dunno:

with problems with their order should contact her at the email

address I posted. She is doing her best to sort it out, although I

don't think she's the one actually responsible for the order mistakes.

But by all means, email them and let them know -- provide order

numbers and details so they can see what's going on. Good luck!
