They always ask you to send them the same information you have already given or they should already have. I guess they sent 1 copy to those who had ordered 2 (because the copies in stock were not enough), then marked "shipped", that's why they believe there's nothing more to send. Laurel Posted August 11, 2009 Share Posted August 11, 2009 I had to use Sandbag yet again for a Blur download I ordered for their Hyde Park gig ... the gig happened on July 3rd .... download should have been available instantly .... only just got it .... Not just me though ... they did this to everyone ... didn't even do a good quality version of it ... I don't know much about technical stuff ... but it should have been CD quality (320kbps) and the downloads are 160kbps .... I got a reply from Sandbag this morning in which they said they were unaware that there were still outstanding problems. They are looking into the two orders that I wrote to them about, and asked that everyone with issues write to them at this address: orders@sandbag.uk.com Send them your order number and your name and address and email address, and they will look into your order status. They managed to refund one properly, including postage but the other one they refunded the postage, then £2.70 and they're "looking into" the difference of £12.30!!! They really are rubbish!
