There would be several lists and at least 30 people with No1 on their hands... In fact, several people might have passed by the venue last night. Their number should be -1 , meaning priority access. Maybe she means that TM knew that some of the previous BGs had some trouble dancing with the skull heads, so they're now not accepting BGs who aren't 100% ready/healthy?
