Omg Kick Ass was the highest new song in the MNM50 , a chart from the Belgian radio . He came in on 5 , even the presenter said that's really high :biggrin2:

I'm so happy . :wub2:

And he's Big Hit too , that means that Kick Ass will become most played song this week , and that means for about 10 times a day or something :aah: Almost every hour , I remember from when BIOTG was Big Hit , my mum called me crazy every time they played it , and that was A LOT :aah:

I'm the happiest person in the world ♥ And I think Kick Ass will get more popular than BIOTG in Belgium . :blink2:

in germany the song is out as a single tomorrow, so all the germans please write to your radio stations to request the song as a new chart entry! :biggrin2:

don't know what it's like with listener charts at foreign radio stations - on the websites of the german ones there usually is a form with which you can request new songs for the charts. :wink2:

What's going on with Kick Ass? I've heard it in the background of a Kelloggs cereal ad on the radio, but haven't heard it much anywhere else. That's not good. :naughty:

 

I'm just confused because I thought since the film was such a big deal that the song would be everywhere...though I know it's not actually released yet...:blink: I don't get how these things are marketed. :freak:

does that mean they don't play it at all? guess the playlist is just the songs they play MOST... so what i think is important, that if they ever play it, just once, they should get a positive feedback for it... :fisch:

does anyone on here actually listen to that radio station? :teehee: i tried a few times, but always have to turn it off after a few songs, guess i'm getting too old for this "modern" style of music, lol! :lmfao: much prefer the songs they play on radio2. :bleh:

Caz contacted Jo Whiley, I did too. It's a good idea. I think maybe at this stage, before the song is released, if we contact this dj and ask why his song is not on the playlist, and ask her to play it, we might get somewhere. Jo has always liked Mika so she may be sympethetic to our cause. But it needs more people to get involved and send emails to her, and to other djs.

Since when has it been banned from YouTube?

 

they ban the KA videoclips on there one by one - started with the official one by mikasounds, and meanwhile it's hard to find one at all anymore. :sad:

theoretically you can suggest the song on those sites as often as you like, but the charts are updated weekly, so if you have to enter an e-mail-address, you shouldn't use the same address more than once a week. :wink2: and we also shouldn't spam them, so i'd say not more than once a day per person.

Yes it has been removed. Last night I was going to tweet the link to it during the #mikakicksass event, but it wasn't there anymore. I really cannot understand it at all.

We have to click the video on http://www.viva.tv . Two days before the vid was under the top twenty, now it´s further back.

I was reading a post by a member called John Alan, on the KA Single thread. He was talking about I See You and saying how his family love the song. So here's my idea.

 

I've already gone onto some ISY vids on YT and posted that this beautiful song is on Mika's Kick-Ass EP single, available to download NOW from iTunes.

 

I See You is a song with wide appeal and peeps might download KA to gt that song, if they know it's available, so my idea is that we all go onto the ISY vids and post about it being available on the Kick-Ass EP. :mf_lustslow:
