You should have received an e-mail from them after ordering, with an reference number. On their customer service website you can check your booking: https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice(sorry if it isn't Seetickets, in that case please check your e-mail for what it says in the confirmation. Thanks a lot for your answer Mellody I can't remember what site it was but it didn't work with my credit card, so I ended up buying a physical ticket.
