    I smiled for the same reason when I watched the vid Deb! I can still remember his confusion in Reykjavik when he realised you are not Canadian like he had thought, lol! Maybe his mind still makes that connection even he knows you are from Washington. I am impressed he mentioned Finland

    I loved this gig Not as relaxed and spontaneous as some earlier gigs this year, more considered and planned, but I understand that because it was recorded and it was suitable for London, gave a very professional impression, imo. Several special songs outside the basic set list: Promiseland, OMS, Ordinary Man. Stunning looking stage. A lot of chatting and stories Thanks everyone, so much fun at the party!

    I don't know if he mentioned being sick because he spoke mostly French and I couldn't understand and didn't see him afterwards. But he chatted and joked a lot which could be to save his energy and voice a bit. It was generally very entertaining The audience was much like in Strasbourg except the gig there was more energetic. Would have loved to understand him properly, he usually never talks this much. But if he felt not well he still handled the gig very well. It was very simple, hundreds of different kinds of Merci signs in the audience.

    I assume it was postponed, otherwise there would have been an announcement? I will check the festival area just in case, Swatch seems to be their official partner.

    Good news! Helsinki Swatch store is closed, I think. At least I couldn't find it. But I contacted one of the sellers and they told there won't be any limited edition. And that they can order me one if I like but I'm hoping to buy one either in Lisbon or Paris. There should be an announcement soon. Edit: To be exact they told that this one (coming 26th May) is not limited edition and that the price is 95 euros like we have already heard.

    The more I stare the pic the more symbolism I can see in it. It's a cool pic. I prefer the M heart on white as well, black looks aggressive.

    Thanks again for organizing, Deb! I agree that being at Palladium would be ideal and don't mind paying about it either. Hope it will work out and if not, we just need to walk a bit between the meeting and gig. Can't wait to meet everyone again

    I will be there with my family (meaning 4 persons, my oldest son has summer classes that week). Very much looking forward to this, last time was fun And I agree it felt a too short time!

    Thanks! I saw VIP tickets somewhere but those are expensive and as you said, usually far away so I ignored them. I still need to plan so I might have some practical questions later.

    I have my ticket There are only one kind of tickets? Lisbon is a bit difficult destination from my point of view but I've seen only one gig in Portugal so it was tempting.

    Oh yes! I was so sure I've heard or read him saying that but I couldn't remember where exactly, glad that I didn't imagine it! Makes public holidays much more enjoyable...

    Magazines can always spread rumors but I assume he has something planned for the future, whatever it is, and he promised in Mexico to learn Spanish next. How likely it is he will just sit at home making music unless it's a special project like a musical, film music or a special show etc? I would like to hear more radio with BBC but never know with him, really So curious to hear what next.
