We'll get a note together and send it to Mika's management and try to get it all sorted. I know they don't handle the stores themselves -- the shops are outside companies -- but they will know how to reach them and what the best recourse is. Thanks! I'd assumed the goods had turned up late and wasn't aware they hadn't until the 11th - was on vacation and arrived back that morning. The replacements went out the following day. I agree with those who said the flip book is pretty much of a disappointment, but the poster made up for it.. so I emailed the mikasoundstore straight away not for them not to have the 2nd order shipped. all's good that ends good.
