Weve had a couple of issues with Mikasounds USA , with regards to orders being taken and deliveries now being met.

 

Just to let everyone know :thumb_yello:

 

Please post if youve had issues

Yes, I've been hearing some Not So Good things about both stores --

so please if you've had any negative experiences share about them here.

 

We'll get a note together and send it to Mika's management and try to

get it all sorted. I know they

don't handle the stores themselves -- the shops are outside companies --

but they will know how to reach them and what the best recourse is.

Since when?

Me and 77red ordered a few items back in late September/early October (i think September 29th...). They arrived just fine, in about a week. We live in Texas.

 

:naughty: Don't know if that even applies but...:bleh:

yeah a couple of weeks ago i wanted to get a mikasonds gift card thing for adas (revica) birthday but it didnt work and no matter how many times my dad put in the info and stuff and used different cards it said it wasnt properly filled out and to go to the highlighted areas but nothing was highlighted:boxed:

I just got an answer from them , this was sent to Mikas team first

 

"My apologies, I should have explained further.

I'd assumed the goods had turned up late and wasn't aware they hadn't until the 11th - was on vacation and arrived back that morning. The replacements went out the following day.

 

I'll keep a very close eye on the orders and let you know if any further issues arise."

It would be nice to know why the two sites don't offer the same items too - there are some things only available from the world site. :blink:

 

I agree, i would have loved to order some things but the shipping cost from the US store is a killer. :boxed:

they said they'll send another shipment, free of charge, and apologised. pls, let's all keep fingers crossed this reaches destination. :boxed:

would you believed it..? when I had completely lost hope and they had agreed sending out a new shipment free of charge... *drums rolling*...

 

 

..I got the 1st order! :shocked: poster and flip book.

 

 

I agree with those who said the flip book is pretty much of a disappointment, but the poster made up for it.. :wub2:

 

 

so I emailed the mikasoundstore straight away not for them not to have the 2nd order shipped.

 

all's good that ends good. :yay:
