Mine is going to be so awesome, everyone else should probably just give up now, you don't stand a chance against me. Just thought I'd let you know :thumb_yello::naughty:

:bash:jail.gif

It's ok ... it's safe to enter now .... I won't let her out of jail until the comp is over

I will post it anyway, because I want to :naughty:

It's a tragic love story about my dog and his girlfriend. Ambrose loves Elly but is too scared to tell her, he fantasises about them being together (they're kissing, not biting, okay :fisch:), and I'm not really sure what's with the end, either they end up together or it's more fantasies, it's up to you.

I finished! :biggrin2: Can I post it here? Why is no one else sharing? :tears:

I'll share mine anyway, as there's no way I'll even get into the top 10 with all the talent in this club. It's a poem.

A Beautiful Person

A poem by Marilyn Mastin

When we are children we live in a world

Made of rainbows and cartoons and wonderful toys

When we’re alone or out playing together

As children, we imagine such wonderful joys

But when we grow we discard all the playthings

Which once were our best friends

And when we grow we loose sight of the colours

And so, our rainbow ends.

In 2007 there came a young man

Who was destined to bring childlike joy to the world

When he appeared he just blew us away

With the wonders that his music and cartoons unfurled

For he is the man who remembers the boy

The boy who knew too much of both sorrows, and joys

In a life, sometimes tragic

He turned his life around and now all of the world

Shares in his magic

He’s our Maestro of Pop

More than that... he’s a beautiful person.

It wasn’t long before the world came to know him

And to long for the day he would come to their shore

Because when Mika is playing and singing

We’re all so much happier than we were before

Yet, though his melodies sound happy and childlike

We are always so aware

That his lyrics are telling their own painful stories

Of the burdons he must share!

Yes, he is the man who remembers the boy

He came through pain, to bring colours, music and joy

To a world that was bleaker

Until the time that the whole of the world

Came to know Mika

He’s our Maestro of Pop

But he’s also... a beautiful person

May God grant long life and joy

To this beautiful person.

OK. Life sucks.

I've spent the last 2 DAYS filming a amazing stop-motion lego film about lady jane. I even made lady jane really beautiful and had a drowing scene with her lover.

I thought I had all the footage on the computer, and it is nowhere to be found. My camera has died with the footage on it, and for some stupid reason my dads camera won't read my SD card. I can't find my charger. Noone has a pentax charger i can use. I brought one online but it won't get here in time because its Christmas.

So I'm back to square one. Two days of carefully taking photos, gone :dunno:

I'll see if I can come up with another idea and make something else before the competition closes. But I don't know if I can come up with a good enough idea

Do you or someone you know have a laptop with an SD card reader? Most laptops do. Have you tried plugging your dad's camera into the computer with the card in it? Even if they don't show up on the camera the computer might still be able to read them through it. Sorry!

I like your poem Marilyn :biggrin2:
