The Looking For Something Thread - Part II!

 • 2 weeks later...

Okay so I don't really know where to ask this so here we go: I'm looking for someone who could translate this video:

http://video.corriere.it/x-factor-mika-vaffa-fedez/c3fe81ee-94f6-11e5-b54c-257f4e9e995d

Any italians who could please?  :teehee:

Hey! Of course  :)

Mika: "Ok, stop talking! Can I say that with those comments... you can really go... do a lot of things. You suck! Honestly, f*** off. These guys are 16 years old. We can make difficult choices, we can make choices which are really easy but they must be right for them and this is also the work of a judge. It's easy to hide behind a group of adults"

Fedez: "Are you mad at me? What do you mean by saying that "it's easy to hide behind a group of adults"?"

Mika: "It's easier to hide behind a group. When for example, if I think that Moseek (one of the groups) didn't sing that well, if there was only that girl it would have been different, but with a group there's a support system which doesn't exist with the other contestants."

Fedez: "I got the bands so I work with the bands, what does that mean?!"

I translated as better as I could the most important parts which were essential to understand the meaning of this whole thing!  :)

Before all of that, they showed a little interview of Fedez in which he said that his colleagues make easy choices for what concerns the songs for their contestants, in opposite of what he does with his groups. So Mika told him that it wasn't true and then... everything I wrote up here  :D

Hope it was clear enough, if you have any doubt please tell me!  :) and of course, if you need something else I will be really happy to help you!  :D

I once saw a post on tumblr with things that Mika has said about his sings on NPIH. I was wondering if there is a interview or article where he talks about them and explains what they are about? :fisch:

He made a video in Italian that explained the NPIH songs. Its subtitled here: http://www.mikafanclub.com/topic/31335-mika-audiovideo-interviews-with-subtitles/?p=4004597

He also gave short little explainations in Winq magazine as well in the June/July 2015 issue.

I've gathered these quotes about the NPIH songs & other quotes about them that he said elsewhere for the Mikapedia here: http://www.mikafanclub.com/topic/31627-mika-encyclopedia/page-10#entry4028559

I just edited actually before seing your answer my question haha, i'd love a link for that ^^

Okay, so... I'm almost 100% sure this is from XF8 and precisely from the Dailys. I tried to rewatch some of them to find it, but I can't remember the exact number, there are too many :o Anyway, I found this one: http://www.nowvideo.li/video/7e9604f24ab60, he's wearing the same clothes as the pic but no trace of that scene!

If you want to watch the Dailys, I leave you the link: http://www.casa-cinema.org/1-x-factor-9.html, you can skip through them because Mika doesn't appear in each one! :) I hope someone can help you a little more!  :crossed:

Can somebody tell me the tour names(?) of the shows Mika has done?

from googling i've found Dodgy Holiday Tour and Imaginarium tour and Heaven tour.

are there any other tours you guys know?

On this page you can find more names of tours after 2009 https://mikagigs.com/photo-galleries-2/

The rest of the website contains a lot of reviews, pictures and videos of concerts of all these tours.

I'm looking for old weird info, as usual!

According to Wikipedia, Mika did 2 covers of Satellite, which both appear on the Asian Tour Edition of Life In Cartoon Motion (the 4:13 also is on the Best Buy exclusive edition i guess)....

Asian Tour Edition: Disc 1
No. Title Writer(s) Length
16. "Satellite"  Mika 4:15

Asian Tour Edition: Disc 2
No. Title Writer(s) Length
5. "Satellite" (Acoustic) Mika 4:13

I think I've only heard this version:

Can anyone tell me what version is this please? What's the difference between the two?  Is there a place online can I hear the other?
