I miss that girl :emot-sad:

So do I... I keep seeing things that make me think of her.

I was off MFC too long earlier this year - I found out only today :tears:. She was a naughty girl, but it was way too short a road she walked. May you rest in peace, my Angel!

I am sorry that it has taken so long, but I have finally been able to send the money left over from buying the flowers to the Danish Epilepsy Association, in Angelique's memory. We donated £100 (about 825 Danish krone).

Eriko, as you are in touch with Angel's father, can you let him know about the donation from the MFC?

Yes I do. I sent a PM for her father and step mother.

Thanks a lot for everything again.

Great to hear silver... Hopefully they will be able to help someone else in a similar position to Angel.

I've been thinking a lot about Angel lately, partly because one of the Aussies from here is having so much trouble getting in to see a neurologist about her seizures and it worries me so much whenever she mentions that she's had another seizure (luckily she's not on her own, but still.. I would hate for the same thing to happen to Ally).

Oh my... I haven't been on the MFC in forever-- been busy with school and stuff, but now that I finally have gotten time I decided to log on... And something just.. Compelled me to look at DA's profile, see how's shes been doing, because I know she had been sick... We weren't close or anything, but she was just one of those girls you loved just by reading her posts and talking to her a little..

God bless her soul, I had to post to pay my respects..

RIP :tears:

Aww!

Thanks Silver for everything you did on behalf of Angel's friends :huglove:

Mika is honoring Angel through the choice of an epilepsia association :wub2:

We will always remember and miss our sweet angel too :tears:

No disrespect to anyone but I don't know how you jump to this conclusion?

But whatever your doodle style, today is the day to make those doodles make a difference. That’s because it’s National Doodle Day, founded in 2004 by charity Epilepsy Action as a fun way to raise funds and awareness for a condition that affects one in every 103 people in the UK.

By submitting your favourite personal doodles to the organisation’s annual National Doodle Day competition – along with a minimum £1 donation – you could stand to win £250 of high street vouchers and at the same time help raise cash for a vital cause. The closing date for entries is Friday 13 April and full details are available at the National Doodle Day website.

Alternatively you could bid to win one of dozens of celebrity doodles auctioned on eBay today - including Dame Helen Mirren’s doodle of a glamorous woman, X Factor winner Matt Cardle’s smiley face, The Only Way Is Essex star Lydia Bright’s scribbly lady, Queen guitarist Brian May’s swirly tree-like effort or Sir Alan Ayckbourn’s sleeping “goalkeeper cat”.

Other stars who have submitted their doodles include Wallace & Gromit creator Nick Park, designer Ben de Lisi, Prime Minister David Cameron, Peter Andre, Joanna Lumley, Twiggy, actor Bill Nighy and footballer Steven Gerrard.

Epilepsy Action fundraising events manager Philippa Cartwright said: “National Doodle Day is a great way for celebrities and members of the public alike to get creative for a good cause. Taking just five minutes out of your day can make all the difference to the 600,000 people living with epilepsy in the UK.”

Many famous people are taking part.
