Even though the general public, will not immediately get the essence of the song, I guess. If you are aware of what Mika told in interviews, about the loneliness and the writing process, the video has a second layer. That's just what I love about it. DerMoment1608 Posted August 10, 2012 Share Posted August 10, 2012 I really like the crossing/changing between the failed writing attempts and the celebration in this clip, both optical (the paper shreds from the loft become the confetti in the club) and emotional (first the loneliness and than the freedom and fun). We will wait and see what happens in the UK. I don't personally think it is a brilliant choice for the first single but I hope it is a massive success. It is unforgettable feeling - when you start to watch new Mika's vid and at once realize, that you definitely like it! In several seconds: wow, it's soooooo stunning! In a minute: yay, I adore it!!!!!!! Unlike MYH (I was like: ohhh damn it is it? o_O) And! Mika is so beautiful that it's hard to believe that someone like him really exists in this world. The general quality is perfect, the plot is good as well, so I'm telling: Thank you Boss for making me so happy! It is really a Celebration day.
