Yes, or at least he will sing the song for the San Miguel summer ad :wink2: every year there's a different song for those beer ads. Some of those ads songs become so popular that becomes the summer songs

who, other famous people? when i saw this thread, i had an image in my mind of mika holding a beer bottle into the camera and saying something like "drink this beer everyone, it's soo good!", and i really hate the thought of him doing something that cheap! :aah: so i hope it's different... if he writes a song for the ad, like mikasister said, that'd be perfect. :thumb_yello:

 

edit: ah, i just saw the video, t4p... now that's cool, it's more like a music video with lots of product placement, than like a commercial. :original: it's very long for a tv ad though, with over 2 minutes?! :blink:

I don't know, I don't follow Jamie Cullum close enough to know if last year's song was actually his or not, but I listened to it a lot on TV :aah: No idea what Mika's singing for this...

Yep, it's Jamie's song! He did that version with more singers (you can see them in the video), but he recorded his album version, this one:

Am I the only one who sees tons of similarities between this vid and the celebrate vid? Esp the first 15 or so seconds :shocked:

Thanks for posting! It's looks good! Lol, I was a bit worried to read he is doing a beer commercial... But it's more like a music video! Good promotion for him I guess.

 

And yes, I totally thought I was watching the Celebrate vid in the beginning... :teehee:

That's interesting! Brad,Mika's drummer,who tweeted about the video,is also Jammie's drummer.Can't wait to hear the new song,Mika said he wrote many songs lately,and that we'll have some surprises :thumb_yello:

For those going - luckily there's no need to queue this time, for a change, since there'll be no stage, no front row, no seats, no anything. It's a big patio and once in you can move around instead of sticking to one spot. I guess staff will tell people what to do.
