Dopo una miriade di polemiche, è deciso: la festa per i 50 anni della Nutella, col concerto di Mika, si farà a piazza Plebiscito. Trovata dunque l'intesa tra Soprintendenza e Comune, che ne danno notizia in un comunicato congiunto: «L’incontro - si legge - avvenuto stamattina 28 aprile nella sede della Soprintendenza BAPSAE di Napoli fra il Direttore Regionale dei Beni Culturali, Gregorio Angelini e l’Assessore alle politiche urbane del Comune di Napoli Carmine Piscopo, ha stabilito che la verifica e gli approfondimenti sulle caratteristiche e la qualità della manifestazione sui 50 Anni della Nutella da effettuarsi in Piazza del Plebiscito, e la constatazione di un prevalente aspetto celebrativo di un prodotto italiano di fama nazionale oltre il chiarimento su alcuni punti significativi per la tutela, consentono il superamento del precedente parere negativo dell’Istituzione per lo svolgimento dell’Evento. La Soprintendenza e i tecnici del Comune verificheranno, con gli organizzatori, che le condizioni di svolgimento della manifestazione rispettino la normativa vigente». «Procederemo al più presto con la Conferenza dei servizi all'interno della quale saranno resi i pareri che ancora mancano». Lo ha detto l'assessore comunale di Napoli alle Politiche urbane Carmine Piscopo al termine dell'incontro con il direttore regionale dei Beni culturali Angelini in relazione alla manifestazione della Ferrero del 18 maggio in piazza Plebiscito. Da definire in Conferenza servizi - ha spiegato Piscopo - «gli aspetti commerciali o maggiormente ricreativi della manifestazione». Un dialogo tra le due istituzioni che - ha specificato l'assessore della Giunta de Magistris - è necessario. «Abbiamo - ha proseguito - tanti tavoli aperti ed è importante proseguire il dialogo tra istituzioni per la realizzazione di interventi decisivi per la città come il centro Unesco, il lungomare o eventi che servono a riportare Napoli in una cornice internazionale». «È prevalsa la linea del buon senso». Così il sindaco di Napoli Luigi de Magistris, commentando l'esito dell'incontro con la Soprintendenza che ha permesso il superamento del parere negativo sul concerto di Mika in Piazza Plebiscito. «È andata come doveva e poteva andare sin dall'inizio - ha aggiunto de Magistris - per l'organizzazione degli eventi bisogna programmare e speriamo che non accada più quanto accaduto questa volta».
