NaoMika
https://www.billboard.com/ Photos of the Month: July 2022 July was filled with ups, downs and plenty of music. First of all, the summer festival season is in full swing, as evidenced by so many of our favorite photos of the month — Mika Mika performs on stage at the Roundhouse on July 03, 2022 in London, England. Kumazzz
REVIEW The Honey Pop https://thehoneypop.com/2022/07/04/relax-take-it-easy-because-mika-wowed-us-at-his-headline-show/ 'Relax, Take It Easy' Because MIKA Wowed Us At His Headline Show We were lucky enough to catch MIKA at his headline show in London, and it was honestly so awesome! Multiple Outfit Changes, Rainbow Lights, and Pure Vocals Eager fans waited as the lights turned low, and MIKA’s voice boomed over the speakers. Dressed in a black suit, he lay draped over the piano, promising us fun and enjoyment for the next two hours. Silhouetted by a spotlight, he began to sing his hit single ‘Lollipop’ acoustically before the stage burst into bright, colorful lights, and he leaped off the piano. The stage was transformed and an energetic MIKA covered every inch of the stage, his adoring fans screaming along to every lyric. After a quick outfit change, he donned a bright pink suit and didn’t hesitate to jump in to the crowd and sing face to face to his fans. He waded through the crowd and back to the stage before giving everyone a thumbs up. His vocal range was insane and MIKA hit all those falsettos with confidence, especially in his tracks ‘Relax, Take It Easy’ and ‘Yo Yo.’ He slowed down the set and encouraged audience participation by getting everyone to sing the chorus of his hit ‘Underwater.’ Washed in blue lights, he conducted the audience, and we all sang both loudly and quietly under his instruction. In a brief break, MIKA thanked everyone for coming and a fan confessed they’d camped 23 hours to be front row. He was honored but deemed it unnecessary. For the song ‘Rain,’ pride flags were waving in the air and rainbow lighting lit up the stage. MIKA told us that he was writing a lot, composing a score for a film coming out soon, AND Billy Porter got in touch with him to write a song that is “so sad it makes you cry.” So, MIKA sang it for us, and yes, we were holding back the tears! Performing ‘Happy Ending/Over My Shoulder,’ MIKA gave us all the heartfelt musical theater vibes! His strong vocals were gently breaking our hearts! His biggest hit ‘Grace Kelly’ had the crowd throwing their arms into the air and screaming all the words. He ended the set with ‘Love Today,’ dressed in a long kaftan. He spun in circles during the instrumental, and the audience cheered and whooped, screaming for more as he and his band left the stage. MIKA’s performance was so full of energy, we can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future! Not a bad review at least, but the reporter could have at least mentioned the name of the song, Who's Gonna Love Me Now. 4 hours ago, Kumazzz said: Performing ‘Happy Ending/Over My Shoulder,’ And he didn't perform Over My Shoulder either.

Oh well, like you said, overall it was very positive and photos are beautiful.
