The meeting with Mika was very quick, but I am so grateful to the teams present for being willing to film this special moment. Mika was adorable as always! 🧡💙💚❤️💜💛 What patience! And that smile A true love with all the fans present. I gave him the complete Gainsbourg and he was very surprised by this gift which he did not yet have. His reaction moved me a lot. 🥹✨️🙏❤️ I thanked him, congratulated him... and I also asked him if Jane Birkin had had the opportunity to listen to his song before she left. He told me no. One of those encounters that warms the heart and that I won't soon forget. Thanks for EVERYTHING Mika. (in German), he asked me how to say "I'm very tired" in German. "Ich bin sehr müde". I told him, and he repeated it, looking towards the people behind the barrier who were holding up their phones. He heard about it but haven't had the chance to read it. He thanked me and told me he would be able to read it during the Christmas period. And we talked a little about books and reading in general, it was really cool! I was also able to show him my tattoo I made a few years ago. I believe in the second last video, you can see the guy signaling to Mika that he can’t sign the people who were waiting behind the barrier (who didn’t have a ticket to go to the signing but were waiting with their CD there anyway). You can see Mika blatantly ignore him and sign anyway and the guy is like “oh well” I hadn't even thought that the guy referred to the people behind the barrier when he talked with Mika, but now that you say it... but maybe he just said that Mika is only allowed to sign CDs? However, he does look a bit like 🙄 when Mika goes there, so maybe you're right. It'd totally look like Mika to ignore someone who's telling him that he can't meet his fans.
