i'd love to take part! i've studied media computer science and i've worked as an editor for 2 years, so i know both the technical and the journalism side... though i guess i don't qualify as a writer, as i'm not a native english speaker. but i'm really good at researching, and i run the german mika fanclub website, so i'm creating content there anyway and could just translate it into english for the mikamaniacs. for example i have a discography and a collection of mika facts and quotes, which i could translate/adjust for the english website. take a look if you want: discography (for Germany and the UK): http://www.mikafanclub.de/mika-disko.php mika quotes: http://www.mikafanclub.de/mika-zitate.php - i still have all the original quotes, so i won't even have to translate them but just arrange them for the english website. *g* ... i have plans to categorize the quotes, like "mika about... his music... his school years... his personality..." etc., so it's more clearly. let me know if you're interested.

haha, luke asked about his thread yesterday! obviously he discovered that there's a lot of pages about him on here, and even a part 2 of his thread, he looked quite shocked about it and asked us why it was so much. i told him it's a lot of chatting in between too, and we also told him that it's better if he doesn't read all of it, lol! and when he came on stage as the skeleton on sunday, he went to the front of the stage and pointed at me, cause i was wearing my skeleton costume... and yesterday he was looking for me ("where's the girl with the skeleton costume?") to ask me whether i had seen it that he pointed at me as the skeleton. damn, i'm still so tired, somehow i'm glad that i don't have to queue all day today!

*sigh* well i guess you know all the facts already... for the australians, i asked john about it and he said they're planning end of march/beginning of april, but the shows aren't confirmed yet (don't know if that means the festival shows we heard about or extra mika shows...). i then said to luke that maybe i'll see them in australia, and he said he's not sure they're going anytime soon cause after the US gigs it'll be either the new album or the australian shows, and he thought it was the new album first, but he wasn't sure and i think john knows it better. anyway have to leave now, my online times over

quick report... mika got the year in cartoon motion book, they managed to give it to him before the show, but he couldnt speak (just said thanx) and didn't stay long. sivan has it on video. we queued for hours in the cold, wind and rain (luckily it wasn't raining all the time), i'll be really happy to get into my warm bed now! the show itself, well, sivan and me agreed that it was the worst we've seen so far. of course it was great l ike all mika shows, but you could see and hear that he didn't feel well and that he wanted to get through it all quickly. he made aurelien really happy though, when he came on stage again for a short moment between grace kelly and lollipop, he shook aureliens hand. meeting didn't really take place. he signed 1 or 2 autographs for those who were right at the front, waved to everyone and then got into the van. but we met cherisse, she was really sweet as always. and of course it was great meeting all the MFCers, yesterday and today... there are so many here! and everyone is so nice, i love all you guys!!
