Ma La serata si è aperta con l’Inno dalla sinfonia numero 9 di Beethoven per proseguire in un primo blocco tutto lirico attraverso le note “Di qella pira” di Verdi, “Ah, tout est bien fini... Ô souverain” di Massenet, “Je veux vivre” da Roméo et Juliette di Martinez; “Viva il vino spumeggiante (Brindisi)” da Cavelleria Rusticana di Mascagni, “Au fond du temple saint” da Les Pêcheurs de perles di Bizet, “Pavane op.50 in Fa diesis minore” di Faurét, “O Soave Fanciulla” da La Bohème di Puccini e “Libiamo ne’ lieti calici” da La Traviata di Verdi a Sinfonia n°9 in re minore. Una cavalcata in note tutta sostenuta da Bocelli e, in parte da Larisa Martinez, mentre a dirigere l’orchestra ci pensa Beatrice Venezi, la prima giovane donna italiana a salire sul podio come direttore d’orchestra per la parte classica. Poi la serata prosegue con il maestro Carlo Berini con altre opere classiche fino a introdurre il super ospite della serata, Mika, il cantante che con i suoi successi e presenze in tv ai talent ha segnato questo ultimo decennio della musica internazionale. Il cantante libanese naturalizzato britannico appare sulle note di Ali di libertà e la platea, sold out, esplode in un forte applauso. Poi il maestro lajatichino resta solo sul palco per intonare “Vivo” e poco dopo torna Mika per restarci da solo con i suoi due successi “Tiny Love” da My name is Michael Holbrook e “Happy Ending” da Life in cartoon. Un boato di applausi e la serata volge al termine, ma prima sul palco appare Matteo Bocelli, il figlio del grande maestro, negli ultimi tre anni, proprio su questo palco, ha visto crescere il suo peso in termini di bravuta e valore. "Sono cresciuto a Londra ma sono sempre stato molto interessato, fin da piccolo, all'opera lirica italiana, alla musica classica e alla musica italiana in generale. Gran parte dell'album l'ho scritto a casa mia, in America, poi mia sorella ha affittato un casale in Toscana, d'estate, e ho finito lì di scrivere. Mi ha ispirato tanto in sole tre settimane". E' una canzone piccante, dove non mancano i doppi sensi. Non ti eri mai spinto ancora così in un testo, è un Mika più audace quello di oggi? "Sì, decisamente, ma con eleganza, mai volgare. Mi sono guardato intorno e ho realizzato che la musica pop aveva perso tanto della sua sensualità. Mi sono chiesto perché. Negli anni '80 e '90 la musica era così sensuale e sessuale anche, ma allo stesso tempo sofisticata. Oggi invece la sensualità, così come la sessualità, si trova solo nelle foto e nei video di donne a caccia di visualizzazioni su YouTube. Ho deciso di riprendere in mano quella attenzione. Quando ascolti 'Ice Cream', ma tutto l'album, si palpa l'atteggiamento di voler dire tutto. Si può parlare delle cose che fanno male, senza nascondere nulla. Parlare della malinconia e della tristezza in modo crudo, parlare della depressione in modo aperto, si può parlare della paura della morte e sì, si può parlare anche dell'amore e del sesso. NaoMikaです。 ベローナ編です。ベローナだけにロミオとジュリエット並みの悲劇がおこりました(笑)。 【6月4日：ベローナ　Music Awards】 《チケット入手と入待ち》 MIKAのインスタグラムがこのイベントへの参加を発表した時点では、特に行くつもりはありませんでした。でもいろいろ調べるうちに、この会場であるArena Di Veronaの美しさに惹かれてしまいました。ああ、こんな景色でMIKAを観てみたい！　アリーナも全席指定、開催も夜の涼しい時間帯、会場から歩いて５分以内に4つ星ホテルあり、という中高年フレンドリーな設定に「これは行くべし！」と腹をくくりました。 チケットは馴染みのTicketOneから購入できたのですが、2日間開催されるイベントのどちらにMIKAが出演するのか分からず、とにかく両日チケットは買っておきました。ベローナという街を訪れるのははじめてでしたが、ミラノから電車で1時間半程度の観光地で、街並みが歴史的な美しいところでした。アレーナは、イベントがある日でも入場料を払って見学ができるので、さっそく中へ。サウンドチェックが行われてましたが、MIKAはまだ到着していない模様。正面の一番上まで上って、その景色にため息。　日本にはないような空間でライヴが観れるのは、海外遠征の醍醐味でもあります。 15時にゲートが閉まり中にはいられなかったので、会場入りするMIKAを見に裏手の車両出入口へ。イタリアの若者が大勢でMIKAだけでなくスターが到着するのを待っています。誰かが到着するたびに黄色い声が飛び交います。あー、Giffoniフェスティバルの動画でみた風景そのままだわー、と感心しながら少し後方で待っていました。あまりに暑い日で、規制柵の最前列に突っ込む元気もなかったんです。 送迎車は黒いスクリーンが貼られていて、誰が到着したかは車から本人が降りないとよく分かりません。4時過ぎくらいか黒い送迎車が私の前に駐車して、MIKAのマネージャーさんが降りてきました。「わー、Giulioーー！」周りのお嬢さんが「誰それ」という顔をしているうちに、MIKAの長い足がドアからにょにょにょっつと現れました。MIKAが降りてくると叫び声に近い声援が沸き上がり、一斉にスマホを掲げる腕に視界はほぼ遮られたのですが、MIKAファンここにいます的に(笑)MIKA旗をパタパタしていたせいか、MIKAも指さしてくれていたので満足です。 MIKAはとても要領よくサインやセルフィーに応じていて、足早ながら端から端まで巡回していました。 その姿はまさに人気者、アイドルスター。日本にいると時々忘れるけれど、イタリアではお嬢さん達がみんな憧れるような存在なんですね。 屋外の会場なのでリハーサルの音漏れを楽しむべく、裏手口に隣接しているカフェで待機。しばらくしてIceCreamが流れてきましたが、生演奏ではないので配信音源とおなじトラックを流して主に振付の練習だったようです、マイクを通したMIKAの声も聞こえてきませんでした。 《いざ入場》 一部に自由席があったせいか開場時間よりかなり前から、アレーナ周辺は人の行列で広場は大混雑。指定席だから安心といっても、海外では勝手に自分の席に座られていたりとか、後方からステージ前のスペースに突進されたりとかはありますので、早めに入場列に並びました。思いのほかスムーズな入場で、席も混乱なくむしろ大人しく座っている方が多かったです。年齢層も入待ちしていたような若者はアリーナ前方にはほとんどおらず、落ち着いた雰囲気です。私の席は4列目で、ほぼ中央でしたのでステージの視界は良好。でもとにかく後ろを見渡した時のアレーナの絶景に心を打たれました。MIKAファンの方々にはあちこちでお声がけいただきました。イタリア語で会話できなくて申し訳なかったですが、イタリアのみなさんのフレンドリーさはいつも感謝しています。 《MIKA！そしてアイスクリーム！》 サンレモ音楽祭でお馴染み顔の司会者からMIKAの登場のアナウンスがあり、ダンサーとバンドメンバーがステージにスタンバイ。MIKAがバンドメンバーとの輪に加わりイントロが始まると、飛び出してきます。もう、このMIKAライヴの感覚にどれだけ飢えていたことか。動画を撮影しようとしたけれど、MIKAの動きの大きさと早さについていけませんでした。残念なことにMIKAファン以外の観客には”知らない曲”なわけで、立ち上がって踊ったりする人がいなかったんです。手拍子するような曲でもないですし。私も仕方なく椅子に座りながら上半身だけ踊って(笑)観ていました。 パフォーマンス自体は素晴らしく、全体の動きのシンクロ度もこなれてきた感じでしょうか。MIKAも表情豊かにいろんな仕草を交えてダンスをしているので、かなり全身に神経を使っている感じです。ステージの背景がカラフルな動画なせいか、MIKAの衣装はモノトーンでしたが、艶っぽさがあって、素敵でした。野外会場ならではですが、風にシャツがふわっとなびくのが個人的にグッときました。演奏後の司会者の方とのやりとりは終始楽しそうでしたが、イタリア語まったく分からずで(泣)。MIKAの笑顔をただポーッと見とれてました。 《悲劇というか大失敗》 あのですね、この日MIKAはRelaxも演奏したんですね。ですが…私、観れなかったの。 IceCreamの後にどのぐらい後にMIKAがまたでてくるのか分からなくて、ほかの方が演奏している間にトイレに行ってたら、迷った上に行列で時間かかってしまい…いつ演ってたかもよく分からないです。落ち込みましたが、逃したのがIceCreamでなくてよかったと思うことにしました…。今思い出しても悔やまれるのは開場前に飲んだビール…。嗚呼。 《出待ち》 せめて出待ちは一目見ようと裏手に回りましたが、すでにというか会場に入っていない野次馬さんも含めてごった返してました。MIKAは会場入りと同じように端から巡回して、でも必ず車イスで来ている方には立ち止まってきちんと対応してあげてました。最後に走りながら大きく手を振って車に乗り込み、会場を後にしました。スターの役割を謳歌しているようなMIKAを、たくさんの人に愛されてよかったねえ、って気持ちで見守りつつ、ベローナは終了しました。大失敗したわりには案外穏やかな気持ちで、幸せな夜でした。 MIKAの写真は、結局司会者の方としゃべっている時に撮れたくらいです。ごめんなさい。

NaoMikaです。 大変遅くなりましたが、6月1日のThe Voice セミファイナル、4日のべローナでのMusicAwards、6日のThe Voiceファイナル を観覧してきましたので、ご報告です。 まずは【6月1日：パリ　The Voice　セミファイナル】 写真とか動画が思うように撮れなくて、また文字ばかりですがご了承ください…。 この日は携帯電話は持ち込めたけれど、本番中には使用できませんでした。 《チケット入手と入場まで》 昨年は観覧応募の抽選で当選したのでやや楽観的だったのですが、何と今年はハズレてしまいました。 パリまで行くのに生で観れないなんて。かなり落ち込みました。欧州のMFCersに余りチケットがないか聞いてはみたものの、いい返事はいただけず。観覧できるあてのないままパリに着きました。空港を出てタクシーの中でやっとインターネットに接続したその時、友人からメッセージ。観覧募集サイトに問い合わせたら、キャンセルがでたので私の分を確保してくれたとのこと。　その行動力と心遣いに本当に感謝感激です。 当日は日本の真夏かと思うような暑さ。お昼過ぎにはサン＝ドニにあるスタジオ前へ向かいました。受付開始は18時ですが、ステージに近い場所を確保するには早くから並ぶ必要があります。MIKAファンはフランス国外からも多く駆けつけていて、イタリアから来たグループの中に見覚えのある人が…。”La Compagnia del Cigno”でMIKAと共演されていたChiara Pia Auroraさんでした。　MFCのバッジつけて並んでる姿はガチMIKAファンそのもの(笑)。とても明るいお嬢さんで、写真も一緒に撮らせていただきました。写真をちゃんとチェックして、撮り直しするあたりはさすが女優さんでしたね。 炎天下の列待機でバテ感がでてきたころに、MIKAのインスタライヴが始まりました。周り中のスマホからMIKAの声がサラウンドし、MIKAがコメントするたびにみんなで反応するのは楽しい経験でした。一番盛り上がったのは、「Andyもビデオ撮影してるよ」っていうようなコメントをした時ですね、「YeeeeeaaaaaaH！」ってエールが巻き起こりました(笑)。 インスタライヴが終わる前に開場前の整列が始まり、入場開始。受付でパスポートを見せて手の甲にスタンプをもらい、手荷物を預けてから金属探知機を含めたセキュリティチェック。スタジオ周りには警備犬も配備されていて、TV番組収録としては日本では考えられない物々しさです。　それなのに、何度も整列待機して黒服の警備員も多くいるわりには、いつも最後のスタジオセットのドア前でぐちゃぐちゃになり、押し合い圧し合いになってピリピリするのはお国柄でしょうか…。 《本番開始、MIKA登場とアイスクリーム》 混乱を何とかかいくぐり、やっとステージ前へ。コーチが通る花道脇を狙う人も多いですが、私はステージの真横最前列に陣取りました。やがて放送開始の21時が近づくと、突然コーチ陣と出場者がステージに現れました。MIKAの衣装はまっ黄色のワイドパンツにゆったりした半袖の白シャツ。かっちりしたスーツかと思っていたので意外でしたが、MIKAのプロポーションのよさに惚れ惚れ。「どんだけ足長いのよー、どこから腰なのこの人はっ。」と日本語で呟いてしまう私(笑)。あのスタイリングはMIKAにしか着こなせませんね。 司会のNicosも現れ、集合写真の撮影セッションと短いやり取りの撮影があった後に、スタジオ内に”アイスクリーム”が流れて、MIKAが撮影準備を始めました。この日は新曲お披露目はないとのことだったので驚きましたが、プロモーション用だったようです。 TF1のリプレイではこの部分がなかったようですが、TVでも放送されたのでしょうか。 https://www.instagram.com/p/ByYGlHyFAsF/?igshid=19nn2q6470orr この撮影に入る時に、MIKAはカメラマンやスタッフに直前まで真剣な表情で耳元で話をしていて、コーチ席に座ってスタンバイした後もステージ上に残ってるスタッフに、「掃けてくれ」というジェスチャーをし、さらに「とにかく僕の視界から掃けてくれ」　というような感じで、なかなか撮影が始められず、ちょっと空気がピリピリしたのを感じました。 もしかしたら、「MIKAがどういうふうにアイスクリームを舐めるのか」という好奇なまなざしを感じていたのかもしれません。歌詞が歌詞だけに、そういう好奇心が煽られたとしても不思議ではありませんが、MIKAはそれに怒りを感じたかもしれないし、内心傷ついていたかもしれないと思うと、ちょっと辛くなりました。私の思い違いか勘違いであるといいのですが。　実際に撮影が始まると、MIKAはさすがプロフェッショナルで、とてもクールにアイスクリームをかじって観客の女の子に手渡すという演出は微笑ましく、ステージ上ではかなりはっちゃけたダンスを披露して観客を沸かせていました。 《この日のハイライト》 MIKAライヴロスの私にとっては、Relaxを生で観れたのが一番感激でした。MIKAがピアノの前に座ってスタンバイして緊張感を高めていくのが、素敵でした。目の前でのジャンプは大迫力でしたし、最後には色とりどりの紙吹雪が撒かれて、いやおうにもMIKAライヴを思い出させます。 GTの高音を活かすための選曲だったと思いますが、あらためてMIKAの声の技術的な奥の深さみたいなものを実感してしまいました。リプレイ視ると、新曲の宣伝が無理矢理被っててちょっとえげつない気もしましたが。 Mika,Whitney et Gjon’s Tears Relax, Take It Easy https://www.tf1.fr/tf1/the-voice/videos/mika-whitney-gjon-s-tears-relax-take-it-easy-demi-finale.html 《Fortuné》 ・合間の休憩時間からMIKAがステージに戻るときに、Fortunéをステージ脇まで連れて来ました。二人で並んでいるところを見るのは久しぶり。やっぱりよく似てる…。カメラさんが撮していて、MIKAもカメラに向かって弟を紹介しているように見えたけれど、どこにも使われなかったのでしょうか。 《出待ちとたくさんのARIGATO》 今までTheVoiceの観覧をしても、出待ちをしたことはありませんでした。撮影後もMIKAは取材や仕事が入っていて出てくるのが遅いのと、当然疲れているので車を止めてファン対応してくれることも少ないと聞いていたからです。でも今回はちょっと待ってみようかな、と撮影終了後に車両出口前でしばらく待機。そのうち警備の方がゲートを開けて、スタジオのドア前へ誘導してくれました。どうも車に乗り込む前のMIKAにお目にかかれるようです。（フランス語分からないのであまり状況が理解できないまま、ファンの皆さんについていく感じですが…） スタジオのドアから歩道に沿ってファンが数十名並んでいて、私は最後の方でドアからも車からも遠い位置。直接車に乗り込んだらほとんど見れないけれど、見送れればいいわ、と思いながら、ひたすら待ちました。暑い日で夜も寒くなかったのは幸いでした。 午前3時を過ぎてから、MIKAが現れました。MIKAも出てくるなり待っているファンを撮影してくれて、機嫌もよさそうです。そこから直接車には向かわず、歩道沿いに並ぶファンに丁寧に対応してくれました。ファンの皆さんもとても落ち着いていて、MIKAと会話したりプレゼントを渡したり、穏やかに時間が進みました。 そして、いよいよMIKAが私の目の前に来てくれました。 アジアツアーの話をお願いされていましたが、インスタライヴでMIKAが今言える範囲内で答えていたと思うので、あえて訊きませんでした。 ごめんなさい。 今回は私が説明しなくても、日本からTheVoice観に来たのを分かってくれていて、ARIGATOを言ってくれました。（結局3回言ってくれました） 「ベローナでも会おうね」って言ったら「ベローナも来るの！？」って驚いてましたけれど(笑)。 あとは、MIKAが私の着ていた水玉シャツに気づいて、「僕も同じシャツ持ってるー！コム・デ・ギャルソンだよね。」と。 「そうそう、コム・デ・ギャルソン！この間買ったばっかりでねー。」 何か日本語にすると、おばちゃん同士の会話みたい(笑)。でもそういう会話ができたのが、何となく面白かったです。 日本のブランドを着てくれているのも、うれしかったですしね。 ちょっとしたプレゼントを渡して、握手してもらって、ほんの1分にも満たない出来事でしたけれど楽しいひとときでした。 MIKAは列の最後の人まできちんと対応して、そしていつものようにサイン用のペンを借りた人に返しに行き、車に乗って去っていきました。 車に乗り込む直前にもARIGATOを言っていたようで（私の位置からはよく聞こえなかったけど）、こんなに時間を割いてくれたMIKAに感謝です。 PS. 先日のインスタグラムでもMOTOさんとの楽しい掛け合いの中で「ARIGATO GOZAIMASU」が出てきましたし、なんだか不思議な感じです。 日本公演のアナウンスが待ち遠しいです。どんなに海外遠征しても、自国に来てくれたMIKAのライヴが一番ですから。 暗い屋外だったので、まともな写真がなかったです…。 ベローナ編は明日投稿しますね。

I agree with you mellody - it was pretty good as dancing perfomance, but yet to have power to overwhelm people as music. He was very concentrating on dancing or acting as well as his band members. That would be OK for a summer song on the beach, but it is not what I want from MIKA. NaoMika☆

Hi, there! Just posting some pics from the night. I didn't take any photos when MIKA was singing - I wanted to focus my mind to see him live with my own eyes. New song "Ice Cream" was a fabulous performing arts. Especially MIKA's dance with his band and dancers was sophisticated and meaningful. It successfully represented the image of the song. Animated patterns on the screens were pretty artistic with vivid colours. I really loved the stage. Can't wait to see again on his upcoming tour. NaoMika☆
