This is very exciting if it's true! If money was no object and Mika was 100% confirmed I'd snap a ticket up so fast! It's been a dream of mine to go to Glastonbury for a long time now, to see artists/bands and also to experience the festival atmosphere too, but seeing Mika there would be the cherry on the cake!

And both can be considered Supermen!

I'm confused, the sound to the tiktok video works fine for me if I play the video here in the thread that Anna shared above, but if I open the link in browser in another tab the sound doesn't work! And I thought technology was supposed to make life easier! Anyway, I like what I hear so far! I had wondered if 'Paris' would rhyme with 'Andy' with a silent S, that's my question answered then! 😁

That's pretty cool about the notebooks I actually wondered if signed ones would ever be sold but I guess this is a little more exciting for fans to "find" them. The link in Mika's story takes me to the UK store and of course they're not available there 🙃 And even the French store hasn't added any more countries to the shipping destinations yet.

Awww no! I was really looking forward to reading some kind of report from the fans who went, even if it was just a little tease of something! I agree that it doesn't seem fair that they're not even allowed to talk about the sound, melody or even themes of certain songs. I'm really surprised at the secrecy too

A friend of mine is seeing her next year and his ticket cost near $1000 and I don't think that's even for the front row! I'd much rather save that money and go to multiple Mika concerts than just one Madonna gig! (I'm not really a fan anyway )

I love the new lyric video for Jane Birkin so much! I love the simplicity of the animation, it actually makes me want to draw in that style. In a way I find it inspiring, another intention of the lyrics I think. I really can't help but sing along to this when it comes on, the lyric video helps but I don't think I'll be learning French any time soon 😅

I've actually wondered why we don't do that already I agree with @dcdeb one social media post is enough and usually Mika puts a bit more detail into IG posts/reels compared to other sites so I think it's fine to have them as the standard.

Well I can relate there , it's not the same as seeing him live but at least the release of QTTFT will fill some of the Mika void. With the promo for the album, interviews and the single releases it does help me stay in a more positive mood to help squash the PMD when it slips in!

I had the same thing happen yesterday morning! Well sort of, I already had food in but found a forgotten Galaxy bar in the cupboard. Orange flavour too! A win for second breakfast I think! Glad to hear you're feeling better 😊

My Mika dream was really hazy when I woke up today but as I began to write it down quite a lot of detail came back to me. It's a strange one but also quite sweet too. And just for context I've been watching a lot of Legacies lately (a supernatural TV show). I remember being sat at a large table at an outdoor picnic area and it was quite busy with other people too. I remember there was a building ahead of me and I was sat near the back of all the other tables. I was chatting to someone sat next to me and we were excited about Mika coming out to announce a new project. It wasn't long before he arrived, he looked around at everyone but seemed to really focus on me. He announced that he was starting a poetry competition! The winner of the competition would get the chance to sing with Mika. However Mika said that for every word written in all the poems he would donate £1 to charity, so he didn't want short poems! He spoke to a few people at the front but then his focus went back to me and he came over and addressed me by my name! I was amazed that he knew me and I suddenly felt so nervous around him. He asked if I would be writing a poem for the competition and that maybe the people round my table could help, I didn't actually know these people but Mika kept asking if I could name them. I knew the lady infront of me was Lulu (yes the Scottish singer) but couldn't name the others. Mika said I'm probably too young to know who they are anyway, wished me good luck for the competition and then walked away. I was so stunned about meeting him that I could barely speak! After a while most people left but I hung back to try and see Mika again. He was still around and came back to talk to me, he said he knew everything about me, including that I was a werewolf! We sat down together and just as Mika was about to explain how he knew me another girl started coming towards us. She was a werewolf too and for some reason I didn't like her. I got really angry that she was there and I couldn't control myself so ended up shifting into wolf mode and she did too. We started to fight around the tables and all the time I could hear Mika's voice telling me to stay calm and that everything would be ok. I was bigger and stronger than the other girl and eventually she ran off. I turned to Mika, still angry and still a wolf, he didn't seem scared at all he just kept telling me to remain calm in a reassuring voice. He started to sing C'est La Vie really softly and I began to feel better and shifted back to being human. He was so nice to me after seeing me as a wolf, he just made me feel comforted and safe I woke up quite abruptly to neighbourhood dogs barking so that was the end of the dream.
