    The more I listen to this song the more I feel the emotion behind the words. The music is beautiful and I would love to hear it live, makes me feel like a romantic movie is playing out in my head. This reminds me of a quote from Mozart: "The music is not in the notes, but in the silence between" — Mozart This is very true for a lot of Mika's songs, those little quiet moments in between notes, the silence that's there builds tension and creates that feeling of wonder and time to reflect on the meaning of the song. At least with 30 Secondes that's how I feel

    Those are some wonderful pics @Gabry74 ! I'm glad Mika had time to greet people after Star Academy, he must have been so upset for the signing being canceled. It's great that fans still got the chance to meet him!

    I was going to say too that if you buy from Japanese stores they sometimes charge an admin fee for international buyers (at least that's been my experience), and there might be customs fees too once it lands in the US. Just something to think about before placing an order.

    I think the European edition is the standard and there isn't a US version, there is a Japanese version out later this month. It's not much different to the EU version apart from the case is different and apparently it will have bonus tracks (not new songs). If you're interested in buying from Japan the top two links here ship to US but I'm not sure of postage prices: The CD's work out at roughly $18 (Couldn't find info on whether HMV Japan ships to US). It might just be easier to buy within the US though if you've managed to find it online.

    Seen a few people recently ask about Songs for Sorrow, there are 4 listed right now on ebay! This one says "signed by author" but there aren't any pictures of the autograph, you could always message the seller about it. If it's true then £76 isn't too bad I've seen signed ones go for £100+ #1 Ebay Songs for Sorrow Songs for Sorrow plus two of Mika's other DVD's: #2 Ebay Songs for Sorrow bundle This has the exact same description as the one above which makes me a bit wary about the seller, it is the cheapest though at £37: #3 Ebay Songs for Sorrow £37 And this one is quite pricey coming from the US, it would make sense if it was signed but $180 seems a lot to me! #4 Ebay Songs for Sorrow from US

    His 6th album is just out I don't think his 7th will be any time soon, more likely Mikasoon! 😆 I really hope Modern Times will be released as a single though, I really like it and still listen to it a lot!

    This makes me wonder now if the correct translation is 'slowly' rather than 'gently' 🤔. I actually like to give the song both meanings though and I can completely relate to Mika's explanation too.

    I don't understand why it's more expensive on amazon, I just checked and there seems to be two different prices as well If your wanting to save money then buying from Mika's store would be cheaper (but take into account the postage), you just might have to wait a little longer, I've heard before that Italy post isn't great. It's still the same price as it was before.

    My Que ta tête fleurisse toujours CD arrived yesterday so here's some pictures! 😁 Front: Back: Inner fold (where the disc is): All of the middle (this was hard to take a pic of, I hope it looks ok): Booklet with pizza logo : Disc: Tiny logo on spine (have we seen this one before? 🤔): I absolutely love the case for the album, I wish all CD's would come like this!

    Little bit gutted now I didn't ask someone to buy the signed vinyl for me, I honestly thought the vinyl itself would be signed and in that case I would never play it 😅. Ah well, I do still have a vinyl turing up soon at least! That last signed one though! That's a very lucky fan who receives it!

    There's still no news as to when more shipping destinations will be added to the French store (if at all). If your wanting the CD or vinyl then the UK store does ship to Austria.

    I'll be honest I actually don't know Mika's band that well (at least not by name, apart from Max), and I want to know who this handsome guy is from the L'invit.live concert! 😁

    The original lyrics for each video are listed underneath in the details box, I don't know about other browsers but Google chrome has an auto translate option which can let you switch text to English for you. I know it's not quite the same as watching the lyrics come up on the screen, and it's also not 100% accurate either but at least it's an option! 😅
