Didn't you get a little card with the t shirt? That's where the code is.

Mind you, not that it's working for me atm!:blink:

 

I got it for christmas so I think they might have thrown out the card :boxed:

 

Everything is just so confusing right now..

Nah, I had managed, to duplicate my account, but the support people are fantastic and have migrated my points so I'm back to having everything under my "good" original MS account.

Phew.

Of course, except for the code for the Tshirt that the Paris shop feckers never gave me (and I asked!!!), and the EP codes which I never got either. Boy is this system looking good already :biggrin2:

Simon from PUSH has been very helpful and he wrote this to me:

 

I suspect that most of the

validation problems are down to the number of people trying to use it now

and to the versions of browsers.

 

Is there a way that you can ask people if they have questions to send us a

mail from the Help and Info button at the bottom of the validation widget,

we will then see their machine settings and then be able to help them.

Thanks Deb, I'll try again after all the hype had died down and less people are submitting their items. If there's still problems I'll mail them.

thanks. Okay, good to know I did the right thing. I was just suspicious about whether I would receive that email, but it seems like they must be the helpful type, so I'm more optimistic now. :thumb_yello:

Don't you need the special code to put in?

On the bottom of the order, no?

 

 

On my order email it says codes will be sent out, they never arrived! Still hopin they might. Tried typin in every number that appeared on my order with no luck! Lol!

 

Emailed Push and Sandbag to see if they can tell me what to do!

I just have a little question, indead i' have validated my code numbers in this website this afternoon

but now i discover that we can also play on http://www.mikasounds.com my problem is that i didn't suscribe with the same email at the two sites so i can't get back to my points !!! I've tried to play with the same codes that i have on mikasounds but it tells me that this code are already used.

do you see what i mean ? :boxed:

can somebody help me please ?

Actually, Ruth, they want the emails if you're having trouble --

it helps them figure out what needs to be fixed.

 

As far as putting the EP into your computer -- you can't put a

digital EP in, can you? There was supposed to be codes sent with

the digital download version and there weren't. I know, because I

ordered the digital version as well as the physical version.

 

I have no way to collect my points for the digital version unless

Sandbag comes through and MAILS me the code. I'll be emailing

them about it next. :naughty:

No, you need to bung the ep in your computer! It uses an add-on to verify it :)

Email the support, they can sort it out for you- Once you've done this, you won't be able to change it yourself. It's the same thing that I did today and now I am fine :naughty:

I have a similar problem. I'm going to write to support@pushentertainment.com maybe they can help us :wink2: well I just cross my fingers!

 

Btw,I bought a tshirt and didn't get a code. I also bought a poster (later) at the gig and got a code But it doesn't work :aah:

Time is not the problem but lack of interest and knowledge, and I really don't plan to buy stuff or do other things that would increase my points.

So hey... I just got here and I'm sorry about just interrupting, but, how does this work? What do I have to do? I haven't read anything from this thread.:aah:

 

Go to "your magic numbers" on your profile on mikasounds.com Press "Validate More" and there just select what you have and just simply follow the instructions

Oh, prompt me what to do with CD and DVDs!!! I remember, how for a long time at registration in mikasounds I should insert my disk into the disk drive, I do not know for what. And how it to make now??

Yep it was the digital one I was refering to!

 

Just got an email back sayin that people should receive emails with the codes tomorrow. :) Hope this helps people.

Same problem than you for the t-shirt! Except that I didn't ask them. But they did give me something for the psoter (even if it doesn't work)

And you got the EP on the net? If so, it worked fine with me when I "inserted" the CD.

So far I've only got what I think is what everybody has, 500!

 

I bought the EP and the book and are still waiting/hoping for codes!:wink2:
