Chiara) Make You Happy (LA edit) VS Make You Happy (Miami edit) L'Amour Dans Le Mauvais Temps VS Blame It On The Weather In general: CD-vesion VS Acoustic/Live I forgot one: Overrated (Studio Outtakes) VS Overrated (TOOL) To me: Elle Me Dit VS Emily I knew Elle Me Dit before Emily, and I think Emily sounds annoying, French just sounds better with the rythm, and I don't like it that English and French are mixed there Popular Song (ft. Ariana Grande) VS Popular Song (ft. Priscilla Renea) I don't like Ariana that much and the one with her is more childish Origin Of Love VS Origin Of Love (New Version) because it is shorter I guess? Stardust VS Stardust (ft. Chiara) because I love the Italian parts in it Make You Happy (LA edit) VS Make You Happy (Miami edit) because it is less electric, and I prefer the classical elements like the violin L'Amour Dans Le Mauvais Temps VS Blame It On The Weather Can't choose! I think the Priscilla one has a stronger anti-bullying message, but I like the faster tempo of this one, and it's special to me because that's my first Mika song. Where the madness began. Originof Love Original-I like this one better, because of how it just keeps on building, the intensity and the passion, the highlight being that amazing "LOVE!" near the end. Nearly made me drive off the road the first time I heard it. Stardust Album Version-The music and Mika are fine. Maybe a little sappy. But I'm not a fan of Chiara's voice. Make You Happy LA Edit-Robot Mika freaked me out a little at first, but I grew to really like it. I like the whompy bass line, and the "Never gonna give you up...."part. Naked or dressed song... I don't know, sometimes I need really to listen the naked acoustic song... sometimes I need the dressed one. Every song can be dressed up in 1000 ways, so no. I can't really say which one I prefer. Maybe if I were to give an answer with a gun or someting like that, well I'd say I prefer acoustic version, but only because it's Mika and he's a songwriter and I really can feel, when he plays is piano, his real true sensible nature, and his fragility, and a lot of other stuff I really really really like. But for TOOL, the normal versions are too electronic and not layered enough to make me prefer the CD versions. Interesting thread but why are there so many different versions of the TOOL songs?
