Here I am yesterday evening in Italy, with artisan and master basket weaver Aldo Distasio. Aldo is now in his 70s and retired but is known as one of the best basket weavers in Tuscany. I managed, with help from friends in the village of San Casciano VP to convince him to make these beautiful crowns. What for? You will have to wait and see at the show!
