i didn't even see yasmine! only saw mika's mum in the end, when she came right towards me with her camera, filmed me and told me she liked my outfit. btw, vanessa, what i wanted to tell you about the ipod is, that you should put sticky tape on it, or the autographs will rub off. ask haeschen, she knows!

so, the 3rd and final part of my report... after he had been in the bar for about 45 minutes, mika came over to say hi to me. it felt so very special, i was so glad that i took the risk of not talking with him at all instead of pushing through the crowd or queuing all the time for to talk with him. don't know why he came over, he did that with several people (at least i know of queenie), but not with all whose faces he knew, no idea why, maybe they were standing too far away and it was the trying-to-make-eye-contact thing that helped me... anyway, i was standing behind the crowd once again, mika saw me and spotted a gap in the crowd, stretched out his hand and walked towards me with 2 or 3 long steps. we shook hands and said hi, and cause i saw that he touched his shoulder/the back of his neck all the time, i asked him whether his neck hurt, he said he was tired. then i said sth like that i'd love to get a pic with him too, but if he's tired it wouldn't be a problem if not, we'd just do it some other time. he could've easily said no, meaning that he woulnd't have had to react to that at all and said sth else instead, but he didn't but instead asked who would take the pic. i really wanted to take the chance to get a photo with him, cause usually it's not possible, but i would've felt guilty just to ask for one cause he was so tired and had asked for a break already 20 minutes ago, which he didn't get. but the way it happened, that i told him my wish and gave him the option to say no, and he said yes, was perfect - i got a wonderful pic with him, i was happy and didn't feel guilty, cause i had showed him that i cared about how he felt. here's the photo, and another one from the afterparty on which i recognize some of you guys. after taking the pic, someone else asked him for one, and he asked me to take it. later i saw john standing at the door and went over to thank him for the afterparty and the champagne. so i stood near the door when mika left, and told him "bye, thanx for doing this!" when he passed by, and he said "thankyou". when about 20 minutes later mika signed autographs for i guess at least 10 more minutes outside at the backstage entrance, i walked there, to watch him a little while from a distance, i stood on the other side of the street, of course i didn't want to bother him again after he had spent so much time with us inside. although i was standing far back, didn't do anything and didn't even wear my costume anymore, he saw me, gave me a really sweet look and waved to me. this look, and the one he gave me when he left the bar and i thanked him were somewhat special, or maybe i just imagined that, anyway it felt special to me, it certainly wasn't just the usual "i recognize you" look, but there was somewhat of a "thankyou" in his eyes. although he certainly didn't think that far, this look felt to me like he wanted to tell me "thankyou for supporting me and for not being pushy, i'd have loved to thank you more for it tonight by talking with you a few seconds longer, but i'm too tired and thanx for understanding this.". well, i guess, if anything, he just wanted to say "thanx for your support", but i like my interpretation. now finally, it was so brilliant meeting you all, some again, some for the first time, and i hope i'll see you all again soon. big hugs to petra, mariposa, häschen, blue and her friend (whose name i forgot again, shame on me! ), queenie, blackqueen, freddie, sariflor, allegra, robertina, avoca, vanessa, marianne, vix, kata, yop, aurelien, em, jennie, rose, laura, violet_sky and all the other great MFCers!

2. the show won't go into detail there, guess you know everything already. brilliant show, and then everone getting on stage during lollipop... on the tuesday show, i had already climbed over the barrier when mika did that stage invading thing, and got on stage, but much too late, it was all over by then. on thursday though, it all started much sooner, so i had time to climb over the barrier without hurrying and falling over , got on stage without martin's foot almost hitting me in the face , and danced, sung and jumped like mad up there. it was just brilliant! i actually didn't realize much of what was happening around me, i didn't see mika, just a lot of people around me and the crowd, the balloons and confetti... i sung a bit together with aurelien, accidentially bumped into one of the violinists, saw some lollipop girls and big girls jumping around, and saranyde was suddenly next to me, singing at me. and by the end of the song, i was sweating, breathless and totally happy. what a great feeling to stand up there! if anyone has videos of lollipop, could you please PM me the link? i still haven't found any on the youtube search, and as i said, don't have time to read through this thread... here's one of my pix from the show, unfortunately they're not all that good, but will post them all some time this week on http://www.mikafanclub.de/bilder.php 3. aftershow i've already written about the bad/sad part of the aftershow party in my post on page sixty-something, so i'll keep to the positive sides now, and to my personal experience of meeting mika of course i loved it that he mentioned me during his little speech, when he talked about people who had travelled a lot. called me gray skelly because of my costume, lol! i didn't want to push through the crowd that always surrounded mika, so i just sometimes stood at the back of the crowd, trying to make eye contact with him, to show him that i was there waiting. apart from that, i talked with saranyde and cherisse about their hair (sara's curls are fake, cherisse's hair is real, she just grew it longer and brushes it more so that it looks so much) and about other things, just a bit of chatting... said hi to martin, and got pix taken with fluffy and leluque - i wanted a gray skelly pic with him - here it is! btw, just noticed that mika is in the background there too, lol! to be continued

no idea how i'm supposed to read through all 97 pages of this thread, have so much to do cause i'm going to australia for 2 weeks from thursday on and have nothing packed or planned yet... so i'll just write my report without reading the thread first, i presume you know all the basic facts, so i'll just write about my very personal point of view/experience. to sum it up, the whole evening was a dream come true for me. or rather many dreams. i never would've in fact expected it, but what i dreamt of was a) being on stage with mika, b) getting some sort of backstage pass/meet&greet/aftershowparty, c) getting another pic with him, cause the one i had was awful and d) getting to talk with him a bit, cause the days before i didn't really get the chance to. i had managed to give him a present from his german fanclub on monday, but that was just "here's a present from your german fans" - "thanx". all those dreams came true on thursday, except for maybe the talking, i actually wanted to ask him how he liked the present, but didn't get to talk with him much. that didn't matter at all though, he still made the evening perfect for me, without saying much. here's the details... 1. before the gig... at about 2-3 pm, john came out to give out the aftershow wristbands... a lot of people started pushing, i even heard one after getting the wristband say "so what's it for?" anyway, i was lucky to get one of the last ones john had there. actually, i didn't really think we'd get to meet mika at that aftershow thing, because so many wristbands were given out, i just couldn't imagine how they would organize it... anyway, there were some MFCers who didn't get wristbands, because they were patiently waiting at the back or had just gone to eat something. i felt really sorry for them, but john had said he'd get more wristbands for them later, and in the end, everyone got wristbands, thanx to avoca and allegra, so it was fine then. later i was standing where mika was supposed to walk by when he entered the venue, but when they told everyone to step to one side and then mika came, i was suddenly caught in the middle of a pushing crowd, so i decided i wouldn't have the chance to talk to mika there anyway, and went to a place in the back, from where i could see well and take some pix. here's one: avoca started talking to mika about the missing wristbands and at one point when he looked around, he saw me standing there in the back and asked me whether i got a wristband. well, you can guess that i literally melted at that moment... to be continued...

thanx mika for this afterparty, for coming over to me to say hi, and for everything else. you're so special, and you made me feel special that evening. thank you. and thanx to allegra and avoca, who organized wristbands for those MFCers who didn't get one first!

ok, just a quick report from me, guess most has been reported already anyway. btw, is there a thread about the gig itself too? because this one is called afterparty reports? well, for me personally the evening was perfect. brilliant show, being on stage during lollipop (btw, is there a video of it on youtube yet? haven't found one...), then the afterparty where mika mentioned me and came over to me to say hi. but it also made me sad to see what happened at the afterparty. at the beginning, mika was so happy and still full of energy, although he had just finished the show. after signing and taking pix for about half an hour, he asked for a break. but people didn't listen, they just kept asking for autographs and pix. i think he just would've needed 2 minutes without cameras flashing in his face all the time, the he'd been able to go on. but it just wasn't possible. this made me so sad, and you could see how he got more and more tired, exhausted and annoyed during the time he was there. i'm lucky that he came over to me after about 45 minutes, he said hi, i asked him whether his neck hurt cause he was touching it all the time, he said he's tired. i said sth along the lines of i'd like to get a pic too, but if he's tired it's no problem, we'd just do it some other time, but then he said let's take a pic. then i stepped back again, because i had my moment with him and i was happy. if everyone would've done it like this, there wouldn't have been a problem. it just made me really sad to see him so exhausted and tired because of all of the pushing, but still so friendly and nice, because he did this to thank his fans who had been supporting him all along. and that's what he gets for it, not even a 1-minute-break. don't have much time now, will report more on monday or tuesday, and post pix. was fantastic to meet all of you!!!

hmm, findet man ihn nicht vielleicht nur dann überbewertet, wenn man grad solo ist? so geht's mir jedenfalls... wenn ich solo bin, ignorier ich den valentinstag lieber, anstatt zb genau da auf irgendwelche single-partys zu gehen oder so. aber ihn mit dem liebsten zu feiern, ist doch was schönes. blöd is allerdings, wenn -wie bei mir- der liebste grad auf geschäftsreise ist... aber immerhin hat er mir ein tolles geschenk dagelassen.

today's officially the day that i started to get excited and realize that this is less than 2 weeks away!

so has anything been planned for sure on this thread? i guess after the shows we can party spontaneously (if we're not too tired )... but how about a meeting on the 27th? - when i see how many MFCers are coming to london, i guess we could rent a whole restaurant/bar for the evening!

don't have time to read the whole thread, so sorry if it has been mentioned... but my ideas would be - animals - elements (earth, fire, water, air) i also like the country idea, would love to go to a mika show in my bavarian costume. though only in summer, as it has a short skirt!
