If you see a person that you want to do the Mika Mail with, then my guess is that you pm them and agree on being partners. The thing is the following - I'm not a fan of this sorting thing because I was always afraid that I could end up with someone that is not necessarily of my taste. So *I* would rather have it the way that people PM me and ask for a specific partner or post some hints () in the thread or simply pair themselves if they find someone they like.
