BTW there is one person we all know and admire -I do- that will put his size 10 1/2 in if he reads basely insulting posts or messages, like the mental treatment thing (that would make him mad -no pun intended-). After all he is the boss and owner here and it wouldn't be his first intervention.

Why don't you copy them, send me a PM and I'll give you an e-mail address where to reach him ? About reaching : couldn't send you a visitor's message, is it normal or did I screw things up as usual ?

Why on earth would Mika want posts copied to him? , Im sure he really has time to read through them all .. maybe he really wants to be involved in the day to day "running" of the MFC ... :blink: .. or maybe not ....

 

Believe me ... Im SURE and in fact I know he doesnt want this , thats why .... we have a team here to do that

 

Yes he bought us , he is the "boss" but trust me the hard work and effort of the mods / admin and all the people here is something Mika would very much struggle with ....

 

New album orrrrrrr worrying about posts from the MFC sent to him .... silly ....

 

BTW .. I cant think of once the "boss" has had to step in and errrr ummm I was here at the start ....Please PM me with details .. that one must of skipped past me ... its generally an open policy

I've added the names of our new mods to the first post. :)

 

And I also wanted to remind everyone of a couple of the guidelines:

 

4. Since Mika's family are not public figures, posting photographs of them

that are not officially taken at publicity events, or soliciting personal

information about them, is not permitted. Keep in mind that Mika, his band

and management, and his family and friends read these boards at times.

 

and

 

6. Respect the privacy of others. Do not post personal

information (i.e. personal photographs, addresses, phone numbers,

passwords, or any other private information) without permission.

 

Seems some people have forgotten that we DO have these guidelines in

place for ALL members to adhere to :)

Les membres de la famille de Mika n'étant pas des personnages publics, il est interdit de poster leurs photographies - sauf si ces dernières ont été prises au cours de cérémonies officielles - ou de solliciter des informations les concernant. N'oubliez pas que Mika, ses musiciens, son management, ses amis et sa famille lisent le forum de temps en temps.

 

6. Respectez la vie privée des autres. Ne publiez pas d'informations personnelles (photos privées, adresses, numéros de téléphone, mots de passe ou toutes autres informations confidentielles) sans permission préalable.

 

Il semblerait que certains aient tendance à oublier que ces directives ont été mises en place et que TOUS les membres sont tenus de les respecter.

Ik wil iedereen even aan de volgende regels herinneren:

Omdat Mika's familie geen publieke figuren zijn is het niet toegestaan om foto's van hen te plaatsen (tenzij deze gemaakt zijn tijdens een publiek evenement en al in de pers verschenen zijn) en naar persoonlijke informatie over hen te vragen. Vergeet daarbij niet dat Mika, zijn band, zijn management, familie en vrienden dit forum zo nu en dan lezen.

Desidero ricordare ad ognuno un paio di punti delle nostre Linee Guida:

I familiari di Mika non sono figure pubbliche, quindi non è permesso pubblicare loro fotografie che non siano state scattate in occasione di eventi pubblici oppure richiedere informazioni personali su di loro. Ricordatevi che Mika, la sua band e il management, la famiglia e gli amici, saltuariamente leggono questo forum.

6. Rispettate la privacy degli altri. Non pubblicate informazioni personali senza autorizzazione (i.e. fotografie personali, indirizzi, numeri di telefono, passwords, o qualsiasi informazione privata)

 

Sembra che alcune persone abbiano dimenticato che abbiamo delle Linee Guida alle quali tutti i membri devono aderire.

Hiya all. Finally a little time to search the web for some recent info about Mika. Last year I was getting interested in Mika's music when I heard the : "Qutianggggg...."at the and of "Grace Kelly"...aha. So I found out about him, bought his first album and was hooked from then on. I went to see him in Amsterdam at the Westerpark concert, which was awsome! Í'm looking forward for more to come!

Aww....I almost forgot to INTRODUCE myself: I'm Evelyne (F), 37 Years old and I live near Rotterdam in The Netherlands. I'm married to my wife Jacqueline, who is expecting our first child (from anonymous donor) and 3 days overdued!!!grumphhhhhhhhh. My profession is office manager and if you like to see some pics of me and Jacq, please go to : http://evebo.hyves.nl , that's the "Dutch Myspace"if you can say....Well kay I'm occupieing (too) much room so I'm ending this introduction for now. We've had so many new members lately -- thought it would be a good

idea to bump this thread so folks will remember to read it.

 

And to answer Greta's <deleted> question -- Why is this in Mika

News? I think at the time we created it, we didn't have the MFC

Suggestions section.

 

BUT since I'm sure this is one section that everyone will check, I think

maybe we ought to leave it here! :thumb_yello:
