There was rudeness on both sides and I think you'll both have to "deal

Look, no one says you (all) have to be lovey dovey on the MFC with

everyone, but you (all) can at least be civil, and I'm seeing lots of

un-civil behavior here. Pam, if you felt Violet was rude, there was

absolutely no reason for you to reply the same way -- you can try to

take the high road, which would have meant, in this case, not responding at all. And Violet, if Pam was annoying you, you too could have just

ignored her. There is simply no reason to carry on like this in this thread,

which is supposed to be about helping others who have issues/questions

with the new forum features.

 

i had issues and questions and then out of the blue she came, became all agressive as usual etc. SO we all agree she started it and we all agree im allowed to be myself and respond .

 

im done now.

Allegra, I'm not sure if this is just a mod function, or if you can do it, too.

 

But at the bottom of each page, there should be a line that says "Tags."

On the far right of that line, I see a link that says "Edit Tags", which

allows me to delete tags or change them. Do you see that? If so,

you can edit them... if not, then you'll have to ask a mod to do so.

 

And as a side note -- could I ask that you all try to restrain yourselves from

getting too carried with the tags? I mean, I know the Aussies are going nuts

in their thread but I mean, just in all the other threads in general?

I've been banned for showing a pattern of provokative and/or negative behaviour before, can't see what's wrong with VS suggesting the same should apply to Pam...at least this time it would be true

I really can’t see why it should be a problem with someone visiting anyone’s profile; it’s quite natural, see Wendi’s posts earlier.

Usually I don’t jump in and say what I think about a conflict but in this case there’s no way I can keep quiet.

it is not, im sorry but i dont feel like rewriting everything i already said. i just dont understand people who openly say they dislike me, then go on my profile like violet_sky, whats the sense of it, you know? but thats not a problem since there is nothing on it and we have found a solution now to people who wanted to spam it...so thats all ok now, i was just trying to understand since i dont check people i dislike...thats all folks

yes it is a mod function... we cannot erase... the bottons "edit tags" are not allowed for us.

 

sorry i dont understand if your question is to me or to general people... i will ask to robi to explain me...

at the moment there is a quite bad word in the italian thread and some of us we would like to erase it....

Reading all these posts has made me angry.

I find it majorly unfair that, violet_sky being one of the most peaceful, understanding and generally nicest people on this board, some other member who is often aggressive, insulting and plain rude (because let's face it, that is what you are like most of the time, Pam) is allowed to come in, say all those things, and then the response is to "take it to pm as it's a private matter".

No, I don't think that it's a private matter. Why are we tiptoeing around it?

Fact is, Pam is very often very aggressive and unpleasant with people. One could even say that this is how she is all the time, with a few exceptions.

She's being openly difficult, and quite frankly, I think that by minimising this incident, that type of behaviour is being condoned.

Some of us have been accused of bullying or victimising for far less. Why is she allowed to do this?

As someone said, this is a social site, so if you can't or won't deal with it, then you can take your bad moods elsewhere. There is a line, and I feel that Pam crosses it all the time, and now other innocent people who have just had enough, and reached the end of their tether, are put in the same basket.
