And instead of a stick you to the music industry, it's a stick you to the parents - saying, look, I'm spreading my wings and fully intend to live my life on my own terms. Whether you like it or not. IMHO, anyhow. I could, of course, be totally wrong. I don't think you're totally wrong, but I'd take it a step further -- not just a stick-you to the parents, but possibly to lots of others around him. I really like the song, but have this niggling feeling that there's too much going on, and that I can barely hear Mika's voice in it.....It didn't hit me and grip me like the first time that I heard Toyboy or Blue Eyes or BIOTG or Lady Jane, so I hope that it happens later, but I think that it's because this sounds so big and 'produced' that it can possibly never achive the same effect .
