I love going back because everyone's so freaking nice all the time... I'll have conversations with complete strangers in stores, and the last waitress I had in Minnesota told me "Have a super day!!" I moved to CA about two years ago and it was a big change. I'd moved across the country before, but coming here (well to Bakersfield at least) where there's no winter was weird.
