Oh **** ... I just seem to have no willpower and have bought a ticket :lmfao:

I was saying to Rose I didn't think I'd go as it was too far and I couldn't really justify going all the way to Cornwall to see him ... that get's posted ... and I buy one instantly .... :floor:

It's near my birthday .... It'll be my present to myself :boing:

Cos Glasgow's just around the corner from Clacton isn't it? :roftl:

Does anyone know how to get to cornwall?! lol...nearest train station or airport?:boxed: Guess I should figure that out first before I buy a ticket! Or is anyone from Glasgow travelling together?:bleh:

I think you can get a plane from Glasgow to Newquay airport, from there I would think a bus runs into town and from Newquay, a Western Greyhound bus Number 527 takes you to the Eden Project.

The travel link, including this info from Newquay, is in this link

The only fly in the ointment isthe fact that the concert finishes late - do we know that there are late-night buses? I would hope so, but it would be wise to check

There are quite a few hotels around there I think, and I would imagine they'll be buses going back to Newquay and St Austell afterwards.
