Nach seinem ersten großen Hit „Grace Kelly“ dauerte es nicht lange, bis der Sänger Mika (28) nahezu von der Bildfläche verschwand. Im Oktober letzten Jahres erlitt seine geliebte Schwester dann auch noch einen schrecklichen Unfall und war für Monate ans Krankenhausbett gefesselt. Mika unterbrach deshalb seine Albumaufnahmen und stellte seine Karriere hinter der Familie an. Aber jetzt ist er zurück und man kann nur sagen, es weihnachtet sehr! Mika hat mit seiner außergewöhnlichen Stimme, die einfach für gute Laune steht, ein Weihnachtslied aufgenommen. Aber es wäre nicht Mika, wenn der Song herkömmlich und klassisch gesungen wäre. Nein, er entschied sich das wohl bekannteste Weihnachtsstück „Jingle Bells“ und nahm es in seinem ganz besonderen Stil auf. Und das Überraschende dabei ist, dass er das Lied auf Französisch eingesungen hat! „Vive Le Vent“ ist nun auf einer Platte, auf der auch andere Musikgrößen wie Rufus Wainwright (38) und Carla Bruni Sarkozy (43) zu hören sind. Das Album heißt „Noël! Noël!! Noël!!!“ und ist schon im Handel zu haben. Hier könnt ihr euch nun Mikas Song anhören und euch von den Glöckchen in Vorweihnachtsstimmung bringen lassen. Mika recorded a chrsitmas song with his special voice that gives everyone a good mood. It´wouldn´t be mika if the song would sound normal and classic. No,he decided to take the most popular christmassong "JIngle bells" and to record it in a special style.The surprising thing about it is that he sang it in French!"vive le vent" is on a record now on which other "big musicians" (don´t know the word) like Rufus Wainwright (38) and Carla Bruni can be heard. The name of the album is "Noël! Noël!! Noël!!!“ and you can allready buy it in stores.Listen to mikas song here to get into a festive pre-christmas mood.
