Film crews for Channel 4 series SPOTTED in Glasgow Central Station

Film crews have been spotted in Glasgow Central Station for an upcoming Channel 4 series.

The Piano (working title) will be the latest addition to the Love Productions family which is home to many beloved British treasures such as Great British Bake Off and The Great Pottery Throw Down.

 

A spokesperson for Love Productions told Glasgow Times: "We are filming a new programme celebrating the piano.” 

 




A further source told Glasgow Times that the show is set to be a national piano competition, and it's believed that filming has already or will also take place in London and Edinburgh. 

Filming began today and is set to take place over the next two days in Glasgow at Central Station.

 

A source has confirmed that filming will not affect the running of train services.

The film will be directed by Eric Barbier, and is due to come out in February 2023.

It tells the story of a camel racing champion and the veterinarian who takes care of his animals.

About this event

There's a limited number of audience spots for this one-of-a-kind event for Pride 2022 . What do you need to do? Just show up and be your true, authentic self.

Indeed.com is hosting ‘Take Pride’ Live! on Monday, June 6th and we’ll tape at 3:30 PM so show up no later than 2:30 PM. Come to 49 West 49th Street and enter through the revolving doors on 49th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, under the Rainbow Room Marquee. Guests should cross the corridor to the “up” escalator which takes them to the mezzanine level.

Dress with Pride as your authentic self but please limit patterns. Bright colors are encouraged. Please limit what you bring with you. Only small bags (clutch size) will be allowed in the room. Cell phones will NOT be allowed to be used during the show; however, we encourage you to share photos of your experience before and after the show, using #TakePrideIndeed.

   This year for MFC Pride I would love to get LGBT+ Mika fans to come together and share why a particular Mika song means so much to them!

 

  To do this I would like to create a short film. Think of it as a virtual pride parade where we will be celebrating who we are and the influence Mika has had on us.

 

   If you are part of the LGBT+ community and would like to participate (or know other fans who would) please film yourselves explaining how one of Mika's more LGBT themed songs has helped or influenced you.
