However, we have to see that we're in a very lucky position, and not everyone has the same chances to adapt to changing times in the same way. Self-love is something that can be learned imo, even if you didn't get much love as a child... however, for children who didn't experience this unconditional love from their parents and from others, and also for adults who don't have such lasting relationships, and maybe never did, it's much harder to achieve.
