Helloo.

did any of you meet Mika?

lots of our members have. if you take a look around the forum and read the gig thread you'll be able to read their experience.

by the way, welcome to MFC :yay:

please take a few minutes to read our guidelines and FAQ

http://www.mikafanclub.com/forums/faq.php

also, it would be great if you started a thread in the "introductions and goodbyes" section of our forum to tell us a little bit about yourself and your mika experience. that way, we could give you a proper welcome :thumb_yello:

this thread is more to remind our members that even though we are a community, we still have to be carefully when meeting forum people.

again and again

don't send details or pictures to people you don't know.

we cannot do much more, pls. young girls be careful.

AGREE !!! I sincerely wish/hope/expect that ALL of our forum members are wise & careful ... there is only so much we can say/do/warn from here ... PLEASE be careful about giving out any of your personal information on the internet ... especially social networking sites, such as Facebook & Myspace etc.

For sure, they are great places to stay in touch with family & friends ... however, please never ASSUME that this new person that you meet is 100% OK ... TAKE CARE !!! :wub2:

Yes, exactly.

I was wondering whether to post this on another thread but perhaps this thread is where this comment belongs to. I often wonder about the identity of some forum members who have never posted anything Mika related but start irrelevant threads instead and join conversations only about all kinds of nonsense / chitchat that usually attracts the youngest members of our community.

So true, I myself remember how 'naive' I used to be on the internet when I was younger. I hope nobody's thinking of this as preaching but really understands that EVERYONE and ANYONE can access the internet. I still have to remind myself every once in a while.

I am the same Droopsy ... sometimes it feels really easy to get into some kind of 'comfort zone' ... but actually, I think it's still possible to enjoy the internet & post on various forums etc. ... & still keep the lights on !!

I like that we can help to take care of each other ...

And for sure ... no preaching coming from here ... just ... a loving reminder. :wub2:
