Her friend offered her a fortnight in the Carribean, because one of the family have had to pull out - but Hazel does not have a passport - and they are leaving next Wednesday, so there is no time to get one!! :boxed: I phoned the passport office straight away - but because itwould be her first passport, it would take at least a week, if not longer because of New Year. Hazel even suggested using her sister's passport - poor wee soul, she is SO disappointed!! Its very cold here - my toilet was totally frozen!!! Its been milder today, but there is snow forecast for the weekend here!! I want to thank everyone in here too...........I now have a whole lot of new friends that I did not know of this time lastr year and it still amazes me how Mika arrived into most of our lives totally out of the blue and turned our worlds around! I've had a fabulous, life-changing year and I'm glad that my memories include so many of you (even if I've only met a few of you in RL) the virtual friendships have been very rewarding indeed.
