He pushed me aside when he jumped from the piano, I wasn't really alert enough to figure out he would jump there and then, maybe others were a bit confused too? Soooo happy that you FINALLY got to meet MIKA !! Your reports are awesome, bless ya. How long will you be on cloud 9 ?!! Also remembered something. Mika commented on the stage design and said it all looked like chewing gum wrappers. Everyone laughed....Mika gave a nervous laugh and said "I shouldn't have said that...." crowd laughed even more, then he said "sing, you f***ing idiot, sing." :roftl: Bless him. That was very funny I wish it had been me, but no, it was Blue EYES..we are often confused, heck we even mix ourselves up sometimes, eh Jules?! Who said that? Was it me LOL ! Didn't have the energy to read the whole thread, was back home yesterday at +- 11 pm and had to work this morning. Will not bother you with a long gigreport either, I am sure there are lots of them already. But I do want to say that I loved the gig, the vibe was so much better then in Amsterdam, in my opinion. The show, seeing his family (seeing Brian May!), all the MFC'ers, it all played a part in a wonderful evening. I think at row 1 and 2 were just MFCers? It was great. I loved the stage invasion, had never done that before and was glad I had done some push-ups lately so it wasn't so difficult to get myself on the stage . I was standing (well, standing ) on a side and at a certain point when I looked at the middle of the stage there seemd to be little room for Mika (I'm sure it has been discussed already so I won't say too much about it) and that was a real shame. We were guests on his stage so at least we could do is leave him some space. But it all went so fast and the energy was so high, maybe that contributed to the situation. I left the gig really really happy. Then stood at the back in the queue (Robertina suggested that next gigs we go outside a little faster so the fanclub isn't so often last in line, good idea) and was pushed away (together with some others) by some really nasty, determend people who refused to listen to the security guy. Mika was in a hurry, I couldn't say hi or anything. I felt really dissapointed and decided that if "Meet and greets (you can hardly call them that)" are going to continue to be like this I will leave straight after the gig to maintain my happy mood. Had a lovely chat with Robi, Carlota, her mum, Silver, Shady and Vicky at breakfast till we were send away from the table since they had to clean . The two days in London happend so fast but they were wonderful. Thanks to all the MFC'ers who helped make them so great. And am I the only one who almost mistook Mika's "little" brother for himself ?
