Is it just me? It's not my mother tongue, so it might be missig the point, but don't you use the verb 'touch' if something or someone affects you on an emotional level as well? So there's the physical touching, as well as the emotional touching. I was thinking along the same lines too, as in the emotional use of touches you. This song has been in my head ALL day today!! Honestly before I listened to the mashup on myspace I thought this was going to be a dirty song because all I could hear was him wanting to be whoever else touches you.
