Whist in the past it was mainly .flv formats used for YT video downloads, recently it is usually .mp4 but you can still choose the .flv option. Can someone explain the difference or at least which one you'd recommend me to use when archiving? And also thanks to Nicoleta. The quality is superb! The streaming from MS is sort of hit or miss and I find it takes about 30 seconds for the picture to come in clear when you're viewing in full screen.
