I've seen them, but had it wrong, I thought crepes were sweet and galettes savoury. Oops... :lol3:

No, you can eat salty crêpes as well. But galletes are darker. They look like from wholemeal flour.

Generally they are salty. But I think there is as well a sweet version.

I suppose that Mika had a galette but maybe he thought it was a strange kind of crêpe ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Didn't we eat galettes together before the concert from the Philharmonie in Paris?

I've sent in my question but I don't know if Mika will answer it. Who knows how many questions he'll get!  :original:

I was wondering the same thing, but it's still fun and worth trying :original:

Did you have galettes? Mine was a crepe, with savoury fillings... Oh! So my take on them was wrong anyway! :lmfao:

Definitely! I remember he did one a few months before the release of MNIMH but I missed my chance then. I've put a question in now and it would make my day if he answered it! 😁

Although I do think he's rather brave for doing this, goodness knows what kind of questions/comments he might get that might be inappropriate to answer!

I haven’t gotten much of a chance to participate in anything like this yet at all (I wasn’t “around” for MNIMH), so I find all of this new album stuff very exciting!

My question was pretty normal I think, but he’s probably already answered part of it before so it might get skipped.

I hope everyone gets their questions answered! 😁

It think I had a galette. Don't ask me with what, don't remember right now. :baghead:

Do you happen to remember the name of the restaurant?

And I knew there were sweet and savoury crepes, but what is the difference to galettes, nope.

Google helps: :wink2:

"Galette, which is more properly called Breton galette, is also the name given in most French crêperies to savoury buckwheat flour pancakes, while those made from wheat flour, much smaller in size and mostly served with a sweet filling, are branded crêpes."
