There is always this human warmth and cool feeling emanating. It seems to me that you are more and more yourself and that you are getting closer to your real self, of who you really are after everything you've been through. Mika: I think it is easier to be yourself. I realized it is maybe the best way to age. BM: I was lovely to say that. I actually feel in love with Amour Pirate and I find myself playing it a lot now for several reasons I love the way Mika pronounces "pira- te" as usually in French people say "pirat"and the "te" is longer which I find extra cute That song was played at la fnac terne during the signing (all the album was playing all the time but Amour pirate was the one I heard most) I was a pirate myself on that day sneaking out to Paris and Mika is always love I also love all the song with Mika singing "amour' or '"love" or "je t'aime' for obvious reasons And the song talks about the ocean which is my second home after MFC 🧜‍♀️

She was unable to speak because of her illness so she left without telling anyone. Maybe she died in her sleep as my aunt did so no good byes on that day. And as far as the surprise well even when you know someone is going to die it still comes as a huge shock and a surprise no matter how many times you were told and knew that it would happen especially when you have invested yourself a lot into that person's care. And we all have so many of online friends in our phones ourselves but her generation (if based on my own mum) has a certain number of good friends that they call on the phone or possibly send them messages ) And sadly with the years passing by (unless they have younger friends and make new friends) they lose friends their age so they end up with only a few friends in their phone...especially when communicating becomes very complicated (I have epic memories of calling one of my aunts on my other aunt's behalf and ending up having to repeat what each of them said to the other because they both could barely hear and also they were a bit lost each one in their own mind. They were both very happy to be in touch though That's what makes me understand that song this way. Of course that's only my interpretation based on my experience of taking care of my relatives...but that is my feeling...plus the music sounds like a soothing lulluby reminding me of a mum with her child...

My guess is that when a person has a brain cancer it is a bit like dementia consequences. The person becomes someone else, is very confused, will sometimes be very rough with the care takers and family. They suffer and they make people around them suffer. Or simply they forget who people are, forget words and it is painful to see someone you love and that raised you become a child in a way with tandrums, and tellling things that have nothing to do with the truth. Sometimes you can end up laughing about it with the person you care for but sometimes they might say things to you fhat are rough simply because they are in pain and lost. That's only my two cent....
