I have a question, pleeaasee, did Mika sing the intro of Love Today? you know the "hey, girl/boy why can't you carry on...etc" (like in Porto) or just the high notes and then to the "doom..." like in Compiegne ??? :original: (I can't find videos of the beginning...)

Ok it's already been more than a week since Liege and even if I havent managed yet to catch up with this thread I have to start writing my report.

 

I thought that this gig being a festival would have been smaller than Compiegne. You know, I was afraid that not all new songs would have been played etc. I couldnt be happier that I was so wrong cuz we got the whole set and all the new songs:biggrin2:

 

Listening to all three new tracks once again felt special!!! I'm gonna say it once again, I really believe that each of them is different but they're all filled with emotions and therefore are equally and amazingly beautiful:wub2:

 

The energy of this gig was absolutely phenomenal and the audience was singing along all the time, even on Elle me Dit. That great connection between the crowd and Mika made the blame it on the girls/boys battle before BIOTG even more fun. Oh and the band introduction was definitely one of the funniest ever :)

 

The Liege gig confirmed what I had come to realize last year: that it doesnt matter if it's an acoustic concert, an arena show or a festival appearance because each gig is freaking amazing and special:wub2:

 

Mika said at some point referring to the audience's reaction that "it was pretty f@ck!ng cool" and I think that comment sums up perfectly the Liege gig :wub2:

If I remember correctly it was the same as in Compiegne, just the high notes and then the song starts:thumb_yello:

 

Hope we get to find a video though, I'd love to watch that again:biggrin2:

Ton of videos coming later guys, as well as a full report. Got home from the epic trip yesterday, so still catching up, but for now, here are my photos - not too many (and even fewer good ones) because the video came out better quality than the pictures at this gig.

I'm saying I think it extremely unthoughtful to spoil MIKA's moment and also the moment of many others trying to experience it as he likely intended it to be heard and seen.
