I haven't gotten mine yet here in Michigan, but sometimes the UPS man comes later in the afternoon... ? I only ordered one book, but I also got the digital EP -- but that wouldn't need to be shipped. I ordered the book and digital EP as well and got two emails, as you did. The confirmation numbers match both times (between the first confirmation email and then this, the one for shipping) but I only recieved the book. I was wondering how they were going to be shipped since I ordered them together, but got two shipping notification emails. But I got both today! But I really can't understand how they could be shipped to other continents quicker than Dublin, about an hour's flight away...how is that even possible?!? I'm amazed that it's taken this long actually. I really have no reason to ever book anything with sandbag again. There are no codes with mine either, I wonder why some got them and some didn't.
