February is fast approaching and we've been thinking that since so many of us will be present for the Montreal gigs, it would be a shame not to take the time to get together. My thought is that since these shows are just after our January anniversary, we could have one night that's a REAL party, to celebrate not just Montreal but the MFC's *8th birthday*! Seems to me that this will be the biggest gathering of international MFCers since... I don't know, maybe since Sadlers Wells in 2009. There were about 100 MFCers from all over there. YAY an MFC anniversary party is exactly what i was thinking of, like i've seen done previous years this is gonna be epic! A meetup with plenty of time to mingle and chat. And the other evenings we could just loosely plan to meet somewhere close to the venue for a drink before the show. Salura22 Posted November 17, 2014 Share Posted November 17, 2014 I've voted for the wednesday I should be arriving in montreal tuesday afternoon and leaving thursday evening, my only worry is if I come along with my sister I might not want to leave her alone too much and I don't think she will want to come along for the meet and greet lmaooo. I've never met up with more than like 10 mfcers at a gig, let alone a proper meetup. So I'd love this. warning: I'm a hugger, I will hug you.
